Why can’t I select previous meals I liked?

I still have not received my delivery dated 30 June 2026. It was initially postponed until 1 July and again was not delivered however fraudulently on that date I was sent a picture of a large warehouse stating that it had been delivered to my house! - I attempted to speak to live chat on 5/6 occasions and on each occasion after circa 1 hour the chat went dead without Hello Fresh getting back to me after initially engaging on the chat. Without notice I was refunded my delivery fee - this was my first order and a terrible experience with hello fresh. This has been a disgrace - furthermore I am unable to cancel with Hello Fresh as my first order has not been delivered, leaving me only able to skip each week. I will be writing to the regulator if this is not dealt with asap.

Great so far, no complaints after 1st week

Makes dinners so easy and get to try new recipes you would have on your radar normally

The recipes are easy and tasty and the portions seem perfect. Packaging can be inaccessible (hard to open, shouldn't need scissors esp for meat) and oven temps are far too high and need to be adjusted.

I can cook some fantastic meals since I started cooking with Hellofresh

The recipes are varied and the service consistent. However, mistaken ingredients and late delivery by as much as a day have been part of the delivery. The one drawback is that when the recipes call for garlic or chillies the packages don’t give you enough and you need to supplement them.

First order. Two ingredients from one meal missing and rotten veg in another. When I gave this feedback, I was reimbursed €4 approx. but it’s not about €4 / money. It’s that I now can’t trust the stuff will all be there and will have to thoroughly check the box when it arrives against each recipe which negates the purpose of me using the service- to save time. 🙄

It's been a lifesaver for me. As someone who doesn't enjoy cooking and lacks confidence in the kitchen, HelloFresh has made meal planning and grocery shopping so much easier—especially as I travel frequently.
The delivery service has improved a lot, and it's great knowing almost exactly when my box will arrive so I can store everything straight away and keep it fresh. I also love that the ingredients are fresh and that I can season each meal to my own taste. Best of all, I waste less food and save money. Highly recommended!

I cancelled my plan on 23 June and received confirmation of my cancellation on that day. Received an order on the 30 June. I now received another order today 7 July and informed of another order being delivered on14 July. I get no satisfaction from Hello Fresh . I have informed my bank to refuse to pay and to refund. I have also informed the Citizens consumer agency.

App would not let me get free item of dessert dissapointed to say the least.

Love the food and the amount of choice on the menu.

Fresh, simple recipes with no waste.

Love having different dinners during the week . Less prep work , less food waste

It has made a difference, coming from work knowing that dinner is sort it. Great recipes with options for calorie deficit which helps. Variety of meat and fish.

Got hello fresh on a promo a couple of months back , they sent the wrong food in my order so cancelled. Aggressively calling 3/4 times per day 4 or 5 days a week had to block the number. Recently just went on to compare prices with other brands and they sent me out an order without a confirmation to my old address and expected to charge me. I didnt place an order and won't be paying! What a money grabbing consortium!

Before Hellofresh we cooked traditionally, nothing fancy, just day to day cooking and living. The food we cook with Hellofresh:
- tastes better than supermarket food (most of the time),
- it's easier to cook. Eliminates the planning phase and the "what the hell do I cook today?" feeling. However, whether you feel like cooking or not, you have to cook because the ingredients are already in the fridge.
- it's cheaper. While it's not literally cheaper than supermarket food it ends up way cheaper overall, as everytime we went to the supermarket we ended up buying stuff we didn't need. Fewer supermarket trips means fewer snacks, fizzy drinks and sweets, hence food is cheaper now. Not to mention fewer takeouts.

Good ingredients easy to follow instructions portion size good

I have only just started my first week but I am impressed. Food quality is very good, delivery fast food choices excellent but most importantly it tastes delicious.
I always cook from scratch and chose Hello Fresh because it allows me to do just that, it also fits in with a very busy work schedule at the moment where shopping is just a chore, especially when you have to travel 20 mins to get there.
