I like the recipes and cooking…

I like the recipes and cooking experience is so easy. However, my last delivery had a full dinner of ingredients missing apart from the chicken. Customer service was ok, offered a refund but I just wanted the ingredients delivered for the next day’s dinner.

Gave no option to decline on Just Eat. Trying to force me into a subscription for food that I do not need! American capitalist bull shit!

Why can’t I leave a screenshot of the Just Eat app where you can see that pressing decline doesn’t do anything. So they’re forcing people into signing up to a Hello Fresh subscription!!!

I've had a great experience

I've had a great experience with HelloFresh. The recipes are easy to follow, the ingredients arrive fresh and well-packaged, and the meals are delicious. First meal as ordered directed when availing of offer in Bloom . Very clearly indicated that interest for commencement was from October. Instruction was order one set and skip order until ready to avail at special introductory price .
Pre selection would pop up I would empty basket . It would appear order canceled only to reappear process of skipping would start again. Then noticed bank charge and last night and this morning notice of food being delivered . I am currently on holiday I am not at home and did not select any meals.
First meal Mexican chicken dish lovely.
Beef poor would have required hours marinating. Ready to cancel very disappointed. Had many reasons to trial . Margot

Delicious food quality ingredients

Everything I've cooked has been delicious and all the ingredients are fresh and good quality. Mid weeks meals are no longer a drag... less time shopping stops me picking up things I really don't need. No food waste is great too. I think it's saving money

I wouldn’t recommend this service at all. Definitely not the subscription service I was expecting and led to believe.At a pricing that wasn’t expected, you pay more for the alternative menus.I had 3x weeks. With 2 x delivery’s with missing ingredients. Significant missing ingredients. Poor customer service through AI support. I have cancelled the subscription

We will receive our 3rd box next Monday. Loving it so far.
I was informed by your customer service rep that i would reveice the email today to receive the free salt and pepper mill, i have not received it yet.

Missing item plus additional stress 😩

I actually decided to try this company out for health reasons ( meaning my health is comprised) I thought it would make my life simpler as delivered fresh products to my door, but unfortunately on my very first delivery my carton of lentils were burst and all over the box, I tried to get in touch but first got a robot and found it very difficult to explain this to, so asked for a human, first I was told they could not connect me with one, so I explained that I thought this was very bad business and then all of a sudden I got one, I again tried to explain the situation and was given 1.60 euros credit but they still did not seem to realise that one of my meals were going to be not what I expected as there was a missing ingredient, so my lentil stew actually had no lentils, which meant I had to go to the shop anyway for lentils, which also cost me more money and defeated the object of not having to go to the shop, also because of my health issues I'm no longer good with technology and again tried to explain this, I also asked about pausing my order (which I thought my daughter already did after our first order) as wanted to see what they tasted like before reordering anymore meals. When discussing this with the online agent he said it hadn't been paused but he did pause it for me but they didn't seem to understand the hassle the burst lentils caused as it was all over the box which meant I had to clean a lot of stuff in the box before I could even put the stuff in the fridge, I also think 1.60 euros was a bit of an insult considering I had to clean items before I could put them in the fridge plus having to go to the shop anyway for more lentils and at an additional cost for me. I was actually extremely disappointed 😞 with this service as it defeated the purpose and actually caused more stress 😩

I had a rep call to the house and he was great, he showed me everything and set me up for the first delivery which should have been today. However, he rushed through my address to the point the wrong Eircode was entered and I never got my order, because it went to the depot. That's quite disappointing.

the food tastes genuinely amazing, so easy to make, sooo quick and as someone with ADHD this makes the whole process of choosing food and prepping meals so uncomplicated.

Arrives on d day and time usually gud…

Arrives on d day and time usually gud also. I have recommended to 2 people One who is caring for an elderly person and another who has young men in d house who like something diff every day I will let u know how they get on. I do find d fish for 2 rather small and mince also. However it has been a good experience so far and enjoy d step by step recipes. A treat now and then wud b nice 🤣 eh cookie or portion cheesecake
