This is a scam. You pay the 6.99 through Apple Pay for the download of the app and then you have to set up an account to understand what the app can and can’t do. It does not monitor glucose level on your watch without a medical device to connect to. This is not spelled out in the add. Next thing you know you are charged 29.99 a month. When you go to cancel the subscription it says your email address does not exist in its account. Auto emails come back - no way to contact them direct to cancel the account.

We never signed up for the product, but somehow we were still billed. Have made several attempts to get a refund and all we get is a standard reply on how to cancel. I have zero trust in this company from our experience. I need a reply.

Charging $29.99 without consent. No way to reach out to them.

Just cancelled my credit card because of the same fraudulent charge. Such a pain. Can't these people get a real job??

Además, incita la adquisición directa desde el propio anuncio (en redes), de manera que se elude la información de opiniones negativas (casi unánimes) y de que se trata de una suscripción recurrente, de la que se está abonando únicamente el primer mes. Muy peligroso por la manipulación que realizan para suscribirse sin casi percatarse de ello.

We canceled the subscription but they are still charging us, and will not return our money. We have now had to put blocks on our CC and bank accounts.

This is a fraudulent site, they take US$29.99 monthly without your consent or approval.

The advertiser implied this would measure your blood sugar. It doesn’t. You need a $100.00cdn continuous glucose meter.

This application is subject to deceptive practices. Upon registration, users are prompted to cancel the weekly trial, yet the application persistently attempts to charge $29.99. This practice has been reported as fraudulent.

Avoid. I requested a refund after the initial trial but they Took my money, never replied to my request for a refund. I’ve opened a case with my bank to get my money back. Blood glucose monitor requires 3rd party kit which they didn’t mention in their advertising.
