I am not using Apple Watch anymore. Want to cancel the subscription but cannot just do it. I am using a correct email address I used to create the account but it on the website it say "user not found"

FRAUD ALERT
Charged 99p, £6.00 and £29.99 for an app I don’t even have?? No subscription anywhere on my phone, no email paper trail. Tried to contact by phone and it’s a wrong number. Cancelled all payments with my credit card and reported as fraudulent activity.

They charged me $.99 for free trial, then right away charged me $6.00. When I emailed asking for a refund they said free trials are not refundable. I said $.99 was the free trial, but they wouldn’t refund my $6.00. I am reporting them.

Frauds. They charged me $9.99 when they offered a 99 cents trial. They have no cancel options and they charged another unexplained $3.00 to my credit card thus far.

Such a scam. They won’t cancel my account they bill my card $9.99 every single day! A payment goes through and they bill me again the next day I have to work hard to keep no money in the account because they bill me every single day!! I’ve tried in every way to cancel the account, but they just keep billing me.

Put it through they took £6.00 from my account without asking me. I contacted them, I was sent the same email over and over. The app does not work I would like this stopped as they are exploiting people who have illness and vulnerable.

As in other reviews, I got charged after installing the apps and note that it is not really doing what was advertise I deleted it but then got charged for subscription? There was no options to cancel after installation.

It is a good app for maintaining overall health. I was expecting it to measure my blood sugar level, but it only helps enter my blood sugar numbers and monitor. Thanks for giving me a refund. If the app can measure blood sugar along with pulse and blood pressure, it will be very useful.

I canceled within a minute of downloading the app as they charge $29.99 a month which is too much for any app. I canceled March 1, 2025 immediately after downloading and deleted. They owe me for March, April, May, June and July of 2025 and say they will give me refund after writing a positive review on here. This is a demanded review!!!!!

They charge £6.99 for a trial week the processed £49.99 for each month after. I never used this app but was charged from March till December and the offered half my last payment back. Stay clear of this app it’s a ripoff ! They should be ashamed of the way they don’t give you notifications of the increase and charge😡😡😡😡
