This is sort of a small print scam. They say try it for $.99, but as soon as you touch it a $6.00 charge is added. Much of the information it promised to show you is info you have to put in yourself.

Avoid - Does not measure Blood Sugar
Avoid - Does not read blood glucose. Best advice is to cancel your payments with your bank. Avoid. Updated 22/04/26 - Reply from Heartbit (only 8 months later) - It does not measure gluscose - I already told you that plus others - why mention gluscose when you app does nothing for it - maybe manually tracking but that only requires a spreadsheet.

Just realized this scam company has been charging my cc $29.99 for months. I don't even have this app. I have talked with my CC and they are blocked. I have contacted the company - I never signed up and downloaded the app. Just got an email saying they canceled my "subscription" (that I never signed up for).

Don’t use it, it’s a scam
It’s a scam to take £29.99 a month from customers after a small initial sign up fee.
They don’t have the courtesy to send you information about the upcoming payments that they are going to take from you.
The App itself is difficult to use and doesn’t give you the promised monitoring.

I would give it o stars if I was able to.
This app took £29.99 from my bank account without my authorisation.
I did get in touch and they stated that it was in the agreement when downloading the app. The app is misleading g about the blood glucose monitor, therefore it’s a scam.
I have unsubscribed and notified my bank as a fraud and also suspended my card.
Warning do not download the app.
