The audiologist was excellent and incredibly polite on the phone and in person when we went to his offices. He carried out the removal with compassion as it was a bit painful and gave really good advice afterwards. We would not hesitate to use HearingNow again.

I’ve already reviewed HearingNow following an earlier initial appointment, but Koorosh’s professionalism, expertise and friendliness does warrant a further mention. I’m so glad I found this service as it’s been key in getting me to acknowledge my hearing challenges and to actually do something about them. Two weeks nearly with my new hearing aids (Widex Allure) and I’m beginning to (slowly) acclimatise myself to the dramatic changes. I’d be a liar if I claimed it to be plain sailing because it’s not. It has been challenging, frustrating and upsetting at times too BUT I can recognise that I’m in a much better place with them than without them. Koorosh has skilfully and subtly helped manage my expectations and I am confident that I will soon be living harmoniously with them. That a follow-up appt has been made for me at the time of the fitting (is that the word?) has been immensely reassuring for me as Koorosh has anticipated that I will have further questions and frustrations too to voice (all to be expected, of course). I received good advice prior to purchase of my hearing aid, Koorosh answered my queries quickly and clearly to allow me to finalise my purchase. Fitting was carried out at the Crystal Palace clinic which had plenty of free parking. Koorosh demonstrated the hearing aid and app functions clearly.
