Online buyer beware!
Items were missing from my online order, i have been emailing them for nearly a month to no avail, i have now had to open a PayPal claim against them. I've honestly never come across a company with such poor customer service.

Great product
Great product. Love the smell of the diffuser. The fragrance is a lot stronger (in a good way) than other products I have tried.

Terrible service!
Terrible service!! Be aware it is extremely hard to reach them if any issues. They never answer phone calls and tend to ignore emails. They refused to address the problem even though it was their fault. I paid for a bulk order of 2 candles but only received 1. Contacted them and was told it was typo/ IT issue. They removed the bulk order on their website and then ignored me. I want refund of the price difference or the item to be delivered.

I'm not to impressed
I'm not to impressed, another big candle company claiming to be soy or cocosoy wax when there is a substantial amount of paraffin wax in the candle. So much black soot formed all around the jar. If you want a strong smack in the face scent then that's paraffin wax, people need to know the truth. If candles are "triple scented" they are paraffin. I don't appreciate my previous review being deleted because I brought forward the truth about your candles.
Beware of big brands claiming to be soy or cocosoy wax when they are paraffin or paraffin blend.

Shipping takes way to long
Your online store takes to long to deliver. We love your products but shipping from your warehouse ( Carrum Downs ) takes way to long . We only live 25km away from the warehouse.
