Waited almost 3 months for my pillows to arrive. Customer service was incredibly disappointing.
Won’t be buying from HartCo again!

I wish I had of read some of the negative reviews before purchasing from this site. I bought 2 x soft storage boxes for my baby’s nursery in January 2023. As it was a sale period, postage delays were expected of up to 2 weeks, which I was fine with. It took almost a month to receive the package though. Sadly once I received it, one of the soft storage boxes was disgusting! Seems lined with dust/dirt and some sort of yellow is liquid stain on the inside.

I reached out to Hart & Co to discuss a replacement, they required photos etc which I provided. Again, more time lapsed for me to receive a confirmation for return.

Once I received the reply postage paid document, I posted it via Australia Post that same day to get it in the mail as quickly as possible.

Again - more time lapsed, about 3 weeks now and I still hadn’t received any communication. So I reached out requesting an update. This process took another 2 weeks or so, to when I finally got an answer that Hart & Co hadn’t received the parcel yet, and from what they could see with their tracking that it hadn’t been scanned by Australia Post.

I sent my receipt to Hart & Co showing the date/time the parcel was lodged explained as this has been going on for so long (and being a new exhausted mum with a little baby, I didn’t have the time to keep chasing this around), I sought some sort of compassion/empathy of this unique situation and just wanted a solution as it had been going on for 3 months.

I really hoped Hart & Co out of goodwill would have offered me a credit or a refund of this item, as it was their fault for sending me a faulty item to begin with.

DO NOT RISK PURCHASING from this business - there are plenty of other business’ with far better customer service than this one.

Delivery was unsuccessful, but I was never called.
Emailed and tried to call customer service with no response at all.
I wanted to cancel order and get a refund as I went and bought another gift for my coworker. Still got delivered, about 2 weeks after I needed it still with no communication on refund

You sent a $50 candle and it arrived broken, my partner and I reached out for assistance well over a month ago and have been treated quite rudely. ( not a good way to run an online store) also questioned as to why we didnt have more photos of the candle. Dissatisfied and not impressed. Customer service is more than average

I really appreciate the complimentary hand cream for the wait on my pre-ordered product, thank you so much. Products are high quality, really enjoying the scents.

product excellent these candles and reeds are a staple in my home now since receiving a candle as a gift a few years ago, they create a lovely ambience l can't do without.

Although I had to wait almost 2 months for my order it was totally worth it!

Ordered 3 items start of October..3 weeks later still waiting for order..I sent email re order, no apology but they replied order is on its way..I recieved order a few days later however they got my order wrong..Sent them a photo of product as requested and have heard nothing!!

Japanese honeysuckle is the best scent ever! These candles are amazing. You won’t be disaapointed

The candle scents are amazing. Watermelon is a favourite, fresh uplifting and not at all sickly. I am currently burning vanilla caramel and that’s so homely and lush. I normally only buy Glasshouse as I purchase based on Quality not Price but this is my second purchase in 2 weeks. I purchased extra for Christmas gifts but have the feeling they won’t end up under the tree 😆

I love candles and diffusers from Hart and Co. I have made two purchases online so far and unfortunately both times I've had to chase down my order after two weeks of no notifications when the order would be delivered. Besides that the products are great!
