When you place an order on March 8th, and don't get it till April 11th, it's a pretty disappointing experience. The lack of communication was terrible and meant that the gifts arrived 2 weeks too late.
The products are fine, but I won't be ordering online from them again.

Service is great but find the smell of the candles start strong but half way through looses scent

I placed my order on the 30/3/24 and understand that over Easter and sales that parcels and ordered can be delayed.

Fast forward two weeks receive a tracking number which doesn’t work

Emailed the company to be informed that my parcel is sitting in he warehouse ‘waiting collection’. Even then this took 4 days for the company to reply.

Th customer service is just horrendous it’s not hard to keep your clients up to date with dispatch delays or whatever the issues are.

I but a lot of goods online and this is the slowest and worst company to deal with

I will never use this business again.

Pleas be wary future purchasers

Excessive delivery time especially for price only to have free delivery advertised 3 days after purchase.

Love the product

This is the 3rd time I’ve ordered the same 1kg candle 2 for gifts 1 for me. Every person that comes to my home comments on how beautiful it is. I absolutely love it. Couldn’t be more happy.

ordered online - no contact from Hart & co - emailed and called too many times to count - took weeks to get the first orders - 3rd order still waiting...

Great candles, poor turn around and customer service. Ordered a Christmas candle on 29th November, it wasn't shipped until the 7th of December... by the time it arrives, it will be two weeks til Christmas? Glad it wasn't a present. Call me Karen but when you email to enquire the whereabouts, a reply would be nice. I got one email saying 'It is being packed' a week after I placed the order... how does it take a week to pack one candle? And the shipping is $15! I also ordered a candle and diffuser from Palm Beach on the same day. The shipping was cheaper and I got it a couple of days later. Palm Beach all the way now.

I received the wrong order. I’ve emailed twice, rang, used messenger & now submitted twice a review. I still have not had a reply and it’s been a week. I spent a lot of $$$ and just want my order as they are for Christmas gifts.

My click and collect order was put together fast but I became unwell so had to pick up later than I hoped. The contact with them about this was great and when I could pick up it was all ready for me... my candles smell amazing such great quality goods. So happy.

Absolutely LOVE your diffusers - SO exceptional compared to any others I’ve used in the past. Customer service is fantastic & I’ve used both your warehouse in Seaford & via post. Please keep up the great job you’re all doing, it’s honestly appreciated & valued. ☺️
