Love your candles but the wicks on my new giant candle seem to burn differently I cut them off every time but the house ends up smelling burnt not coconutty

Great product but huge letdown on delivery. Courier service left card to say they had tried to deliver but not where to collect from. Tried contacting them but all had to be done online. Waited another week to have it re-delivered (at possibly a re-delivery charge), would be quicker and easier to use Australia Post or another courier service that takes it to the Post Office to collect!

Appalling service
I made a $300 order last month during a sale period. The website mentioned that there may be delays as they need to make candles in order to dispatch. The sale ended and I sit here awaiting my candles. I have sent a number of emails with an invalid Aramex Tracking ID. The parcel hasn’t even been picked up by a driver yet. And what happens today? They announce yet another 40% off sale when they haven’t even delivered product from the previous sale! I cannot help but feel offended that they are letting their loyal customers down. I have been purchasing from this store for 9+ years; I have been to Ringwood Eastland, Carrum Downs and the former Chadstone pop up stores. I buy online — I loaded up on HEAPS of products to support this local business throughout lockdowns and now they are lying about sending me a return email and trying to buy time as my order sits awaiting pick up. Never thought it would come down to this. AVOID BUYING FROM HARTCO ONLINE. Go speak to the staff and pick up in store for an proper experience. This has put me right off and at this point; I think this is my very last order or purchase from this store. Sell outs.

I ordered 6 candles on 16 Aug 2024. I was advised that the order would take about 5-7 business days. It’s 6 sept now, and I still don’t have my candles. I’ve emailed them twice and left 3 voicemails, and no one will get back to me. They’re happy to take your money but don’t expect any help when you have a query. Peppermint grove and CIRCA have candles that are just as good as Hartco. The CIRCA Magnolia and jasmine is beautiful. I’d buy them instead. Thanks.

Very happy with the communication and product I have used candles for many years and was a senior unit leader for a company selling candles and decor before they went online and then closed their doirs

Easy to order, arrived in a timely manner although the Courier needed to take more care with the delivery. It did say fragile.
It was a gift and they loved it. Good value too.

Plenty of beautiful scents to choose from and delivery was super quick. The candles burn beautifully.

2 of the boxes didn’t come with the diffuser sticks so pretty much I am unable to use them.

Beautiful long lasting product!

Don’t bother with them. If I could give zero stars I would. Placed an order 3 weeks ago, they won’t answer emails to enquire about the order. It’s a click & collect so can’t be blaming the shipping time. So far they have taken my money and that’s it.
Very disappointing. Avoid this company, don’t buy from them online unless you want to pay out your hard earned money and receive nothing in return and they don’t even answer when you try to contact them. So many others have this same experience-not good enough!

The candles took a very long time to arrive

You will not be disappointed, I have re-purchased about 6 of these candles, I have loved every scent, and they have such a great strong scent that fills the room, not a high smoke candle and lovely glass packaging with a lid which I like.

I’m obsessed with the honeysuckle candle. I’ve bought about 6 already and will keep buying them. They are the best candle I’ve ever had. Very happy customer here

Amazing products but delivery took almost 3 weeks I thought I was scammed

Having already been in receipt of your product in the past, I ordered the same about a month ago. (Premium Fragrance Diffuser x2 Vanilla Caramel). My disappointment finding that my purchase bore no resemblance to the ones I already had was immense, hence the 2 star review.

The sales team were amazing and were able to answer all my questions confidently.
The showroom is beautifully made up with all that you need and more.
