Keep sending me e-mails to review a product that still hasn’t arrived after 2 months, paid over $20 shipping for a candle and item still hasn’t come

When the delivery company dropped the ball, Melissa did a fantastic job of chasing them up and ensuring we got our products!

Product is great, website easy to use. Delivery took a little longer than normal however it was around Christmas so that is probably why

Absolutely love the fragrance Japanese Honeysuckle, fills every room. Unfortunately this time my candles have been very Smokey with black smoke. I trim the wick before every burn but it doesn’t seem to help.

the candles were great but all the boxes the products came in were damaged!! This would have been ok but they were all Xmas presents and as the package was delayed in delivery i didn't have the chance to get replacements prior to Christmas.

My favourite candles! The warm, rich scent of lime and coconut fills the house, and I can still smell it the day after I’ve lit the candle! These candles were Christmas gifts for many family members, who all rave about the scents!

Made an online purchase, want to pick up and not sent via Australia post, made contact with Hart and Co. was told not a problem, refund of $15.00 would b credited to my acc and would b notified when l could pick up my order in store. So purchase was delivered by Australia post.😳

Purchased 2 as gifts and 1 for myself. Absolutely beautiful fragrances and very impressed with size of the candles.
Will definitely be purchasing again.

I love all of the Hart candles. They smell amazing! I light them up after dinner to get rid of the cooking smells. My favorite are the Vanilla Caramel and Black Raspberry and Vanilla ones. Great value for money as well!

They are usually great candles but not this time I love them but this is not good I have small children and animals

I have ALWAYS had amazing service with HART co . Ok sometimes a little wait but obviously they are very busy because they have WONDERFUL products especially candles and diffusers . Please just be patient. Especially in the world we live in today these products provide beautiful scents which In turn makes everyone that comes into contact with HART must get improved mental health well being xxx if they don’t make you happy you are not being true to yourself xx Give the guys a break x Fantastic Company with fantastic products x❤️xx Try them all!!!!! Lasting in smell wise and burning time xx

Click and collect took way too long for just 2 candles and the service in store was very poor. I was given a small bag for 2 large candles and the bag being paper broke after I left the store and I had to buy a $2 bag from some where else.

Good products
However click and collect has moved further away which impacts on the frequency of my orders
