The ladies at Hart and Co were very welcoming the day I visited their showroom.
The reed diffuser I wanted to purchase was out of stock on the shelf, so they quickly ran down into the warehouse and made one up for me.
Nothing was too much trouble.
The showroom is beautiful if you haven’t visited yet.

Beautiful scents and great quality and great prices too. Jars are sturdy and classy and filled to the top.

Great smell so beautiful, I light it everyday for few hours , lucky it big one .. wont be long I need get another one !

Delivery was fast, products always amazing, I use the double wick candles and the melts both fantastic

I purchased the olive stripe linen pillow cases & what i received was brown striped pillow cases. A misrepresentation of the colour of this product. I was offered a store credit if I wanted to return the pillow cases but that doesn't help me at all as they only have this coloured pillow case.

Your company is very easy to deal with. I had no trouble placing my order. I have dealt with you before & have been very satisfied 🩷

Ordered reed defusers in sunda and pink pepper/cedar both smell so good in the bottles haven’t put reeds in yet waiting until the house is clean 😂 before I use them

NO Customer Service. They will not return emails or phone calls or messages via the web. The silence is deafening. Mailbox is full and they keep sending me emails for a review so I will keep doing this but it seems my ones are getting deleted.

I finally decided to place an order with you. I purchased 2 different mega candles. Different scent and different vessels. The csnfjes on the vessels are slightly smaller than the vessels so it wobbles around in the vessel. I haven’t lit them because I’m wanting to replace them but not sure if anyone is even going to reply to me. When I did finally get my order I recieved 2 of the same. I have tried several emails and messenger messages and it’s been over a week of messaging and not one reply from anyone. Disappointed

I had brought candles for Christmas gifts, two of which I kept for myself. I have been buying these candles for many years. However, they seemed to have a bad batch because two of my candles cracked on the side of the glass. I emailed HartCo and have not received a reply, I supplied images, which is disappointing. I only just found out that one of the gifts that I had given her candle cracked, too. It's very sad when it's a gift. That is ok; they don't value you as a customer; gone are the days when they cared when they had one store. This is probably why they can do 50% off so much, as they have reduced their quality. It's all good; I won't be buying candles from them anymore.

Love the candles, postage takes forever

Don’t recommend, tunneling candles definitely not worth the money.

I ordered gifts for my daughter to be picked up from the Carrum Downs VIC store.
I received an email letting me know that they intended to ship the parcel to my address in NSW
Despite numerous phone calls, messages left and emails the parcel was couriered to my address in NSW. I did not even get an acknowledgement of any of these voice messages nor emails.
Fortunately, I was visiting my daughter in VIC 2 weeks later and I needed to carry the parcel with me to NSW.
