I couldn’t recommend Harper Tait enough! I purchased my partner’s engagement ring and later returned for my own wedding band, and both experiences were absolutely fantastic.

I was in a position where I needed to get an engagement ring. I've never worn jewellery in my life and had no idea where to start. I firstly went to the Hatton Garden website and saw Harper Tait was rated the highest out of all the jewellery stores in Hatton Garden.

I booked an appointment with Paul to get more information on engagement rings and his help and advice was 5-star. Very knowledge, he was able to educate me on the rings such as the 4Cs, made some great suggestions and even recommended me on diamonds.

Friendly professionalism and quality products. I was very grateful to find Harper Tait after several poor experiences with other jewellery company’s.

Many other companies were rude, ignored me and made me feel like an inconvenience. The service is the best around, I came to get my engagement ring made here. He really helped my create a design that fiance loved. I didnt have any knowledge of diamonds or jewellery and paul took the time to talk me through it and create a really unique engagement ring.

It was so successful i came back for my weddings rings and a custom necklace!

Paul managed to turn the custom necklace around in such a quick time frame for me and it really looked fantastic for fiance on her wedding day.

Our experience with Harper Tait was first class from start to finish. We received a warm welcome and a glass of fizz from Paul, but the best bit is we were not walking into a sales pitch! George listened to what we were looking for and provided options accordingly, as well as detailed information about what we were looking at. They then managed to produce both a wedding band and engagement ring within a very tight timeframe, ready for our 10 year anniversary. George is great and massively helped in explaining and showing how to navigate a new and sometimes confusing industry. He was supportive throughout the whole process (without being pushy at all as we had in some other places!) and we are so pleased with the ring. After some window shopping in October 2023, we knew we were looking specifically for a radiant cut engagement ring but couldn't find a jeweller or design we were totally sold on, then we found Harper Tait online. We went to visit Paul who gave us so much of his time, and taught us so much with his expertise. He showed us SO many options for one cut. Nothing is too much effort with Harper Tait. The end result of our visits and emails (I sent a lot!) was a bespoke design, personalised to our requirements that fit our lifestyles, jobs and budget. The whole experience was so much more special than picking from a window display. We loved the engagement ring so much that there was no question as to where we would go to select our wedding bands. Everything matches in the same metal, and my wedding band sits perfectly with my engagement ring thanks to the time and attention to detail from Harper Tait who took my engagement ring when designing the band so it would all be flawless. Being a florist my ring goes through a lot on a day to day basis. Paul very kindly cleaned my engagement ring prior to our wedding in August and it looked brand new again. We couldn't be happier!
