Had such a great experience the whole way through dealing with George and Paul. Before meeting the guys, I hadn’t received anywhere near the level of diligence and care that they showed. As I was fairly clueless on what I was doing looking for an engagement ring, George ran me through every detail from top to bottom, making sure I was making an informed decision in the end. I mainly dealt with George throughout, but Paul was always there to help too. I ended up with an engagement ring that exceeded all my expectations. Paul helped me with my engagement ring purchase. He was extremely kind and professional, and knows his stuff. I did some initial consultation meetings at a few places, but ultimately I chose Harper Tait because of Paul. He walked me through the whole process, explaining everything along the way. We’re really happy with our stunning new rings! Paul was highly knowledgable and friendly, and was very open to working with us on our vision. He took us through the basics of the diamonds we could get, and focused on how we could maximise quality within our budget. We have created a bespoke organic design which is fairly atypical, and Paul worked with us throughout, including providing 3D printed wax rings to reassure us about the execution of our rings. We are really happy with our purchases and would recommend Harper Tait to anyone looking for a bespoke ring.

The stressful decision of buying an engagement ring was a pleasurable experience with Harper Tait. Service was faultless throughout. The end result was perfect! My now fiancé is overjoyed, and I couldn’t thank Paul enough.

Even though i had a good idea of the style of ring i was going for, Paul was very patient whilst i mulled over various sizes and bespoke options available. Despite being the last appointment of the day and far exceeding the opening time, there was no pressure at all to make a quick decision or sale.

Paul was very knowledgable, and took time to explain every detail, including the aftercare. I left feeling confident i had ordered the perfect ring and that we’d be looked after in future. Great service from Harper Tait who rescued us when our previous jeweller went out of business. They did everything possible to get us the product we wanted and were friendly and professional. Strange spot to find but they were very helpful in guiding us to the right place!

From the first phone call to arrange booking to collecting the ring was a real amazing experience. Nothing was too much trouble for George, he answered all our questions and showed us lots of options. I would highly recommend Harper Tait. We did lots of research on jewellers in the Hatton Gardens area and Harper Tait had great reviews. We had no idea on engagement / wedding rings / diamond carats or bands and felt quite overwhelmed and nervous so it was a pleasure to meet Paul and the team at Harper Tait to guide us through the process. Paul put us at ease straight away, friendly, polite, super professional, hugely knowledgable all without being stuffy or judgemental, there was no hard sell / upselling or any pressure and we felt totally at ease. We were guided through every stage of the ring build from CAD to finished article and Paul even changed the spec at the very last part as he wasn't totally happy with the seating of the diamond, we were really happy about that.
We received the ring after about 10 weeks and it's absolutely beautiful, Paul delivered exactly what he promised and we are so so happy with the outcome.
Consequently we have now ordered our wedding bands as we have total faith in Harper Tait and cannot recommend them enough to anyone looking to take this journey.
