Harper Tait went above and beyond to make a truly stunning engagement ring for me. George was kind and attentive to my personal preferences and design choices, and offered lots of ideas and advice to help make the process easy to navigate. He spent time going through each part of the design process in detail from picking the stone, the ring mount and any other intricate design work. Customer service here is second to none. Harper Tait were able to offer a very quick turnaround time for a fully bespoke design. Both George and Paul are very approachable and transparent, and provide regular updates throughout the process. Both my partner and I are incredibly pleased with the ring, and we have received many compliments on the design and finish. I highly recommend Harper Tait to anybody wishing to find the perfect ring for their engagement.

Not knowing anything about diamonds or engagement rings, I decided I would go to Hatton Gardens. I had a number of consultations with various suppliers and retailers within the local area and gained some vital knowledge from each to aid my decision. My last consultation of the day was at Harper Tait, I arrived at their office and was greeted with a warm and professional welcome. We sat down and George gave me a brief introduction to the company and its history, I could immediately see the passion and love these guys have for their craft. Unlike the previous consultancies, there was no pressure to buy immediately and he was very attentive to get me exactly what I wanted within my budget. He did not come across as a salesman attempting to make a quick sell, he really understood my desire to find the right ring. We went through numerous designs and he presented me with lots of examples of shapes, sizes and materials. By the end of the consultation, I was 100% sure this was the correct company for me. I ended up procuring the most stunning bespoke ring and since the proposal, my partner has received tons of compliments! I will be recommending them too all my family and friends in the future!

This was my second visit to Paul, this time to speak about getting our wedding bands. After the excellent service from picking out my partners engagement ring there was never a doubt that I would be returning, this time with my partner to choose our bands. Again Paul made the experience so easy with explaining everything and talking us through our choices and we were both very happy with the rings we chose. I would highly recommend Harper Tait to anyone.

5 star service from George and Paul! They really took the care of talking through the different points to consider and helped me to choose the kind of ring I wanted. It was clear from the first consultation meeting with George that he didn’t just care about selling something, but he really gave me the time and space to decide on style and specs that fit my preference and budget. We had a fantastic experience with Harper Tait. We arrived with a pretty clear idea of what we wanted, that was a bit off piste from a regular wedding band/engagement ring. Wanting gold bands with flush set sapphires for two men. But the whole team was helpful, knowledgable and charming throughout the whole experience.

We bought my engagement ring with Paul back in 2023 and we throughly enjoyed our 2 hour consultation appointment. The attention to detail was incredible and we both learnt so much. The ring itself is absolutely beautiful and I couldn’t be happier with it. The glass of champagne to celebrate our engagement was also a really nice touch. More recently we have been back to buy my wedding ring and were served by both Paul and George. Again they went above and beyond for us, matching the diamonds on my engagement ring to my wedding ring and engraving them for us. I have an incredibly beautiful set of rings. Would recommend Harper Tait to anyone who wants a beautiful high quality piece of jewellery and an incredible service. Cannot wait for my future jewellery from them!

He was very communicative throughout the entire process and his assistance made it seamless, from the initial consultation to the collection. Paul was incredible when it came to sourcing my engagement ring. He was extremely knowledgable and friendly. I did so some other initial consultation meetings at a few places, but after 5 minutes with Paul I knew Harper Tait was the one! He walked me through the whole process, we explored a few options and was able to answer questions very question with conviction along the way. I would highly recommend Paul and Harper Tait.

Paul made a special experience even more special. His knowledge of the industry and the chemistry behind it really helps you understand exactly what you're buying. He took the time to guide me through everything and helped me design the perfect ring, which my girlfriend (now fiancee) absolutely loved.

If I could say one thing to anyone thinking about it, it’s this: there are plenty of people out there who can do something basic, but Paul helps you create something truly one of a kind. It’s not always easy putting your trust in someone with something this important, but I can honestly say you won’t be disappointed working with him.
