Paul and George were great, I strongly recommend Harper Tait. I had very little idea of where to start when it came to an engagement ring but the whole process from start to finish was so easy, they explained everything so clearly and didn’t try to push or oversell anything. It was just about getting the perfect ring designed and made and I can see they’re really passionate at what they do. The ring was even better than we hoped and everyone including my partner absolutely loves it.

We had a fantastic experience with Paul. He couldn't give us enough of his time, was incredibly knowledgeable and helped us to find a ring that felt truly special. Go with Harper Tait - you won't regret it.

Absolutely recommend Paul. He takes his time and teaches you all about diamonds in a down-to-earth manner. We chose a beautiful diamond and a matching band and the turnaround was super quick as I needed it for a trip to Paris which was booked already. Paul delivered! And my lovely said yes and hasn't stopped looking at the ring. At times I think she loves it more than she loves me ;o)

I have used Harper Tait twice now, initially for an engagement ring and then for our wedding rings. I simply cannot stress enough how good they are. Their care from the start was amazing, extremely attentive and talked me through the whole process. I worked with Paul primarily who was excellent, he put me at ease throughout and his knowledge is truly amazing. Buying a diamond ring can be a bit of a minefield with a whole host of things to consider but Harper Tait explained everything so clearly. Even since purchasing the rings the aftercare has been second to none, we have had to have one ring resized which was at no additional cost and not only this but they will polish it free of charge also. The quality of the rings has been fantastic and they have been exactly how we imagined them.

If you are in the market for a ring I do not believe there is anywhere else you should go, they have not been pushy in the slightest and at no point did I feel that I was being pressured into buying something. Paul listened to my specifications and budget and worked with me to find a ring that perfectly fit my requirements.

He did this all whilst explaining the different characteristics of diamonds beyond that of weight which I had found your typical high street retailer would overlook!

I bought my engagement ring from Paul at Harper Tait. The ring looks great and was the overall make quality is excellent - we have both heard so many complements from friends and family. The pricing structure is transparent and reasonable.

Amazing service. We travelled from Scotland to have our ring made with George - he facilitated this perfectly, fitting us in for both in person appointments (with Champagne!) and online calls as required. We had a tight timescale for our ring to be made before Christmas, and George also made sure this was done. We were delighted with our ring, which is beautiful, and would not hesitate to recommend their services.
