The location and the house were fine
The location and the house were fine—a 10-minute walk to the hotel beach. The house was clean and spacious enough, and the kitchen was excellently equipped. We did miss having a space for a sunbed in front of the house—something we had noted from the description—but the balcony and terrace served the purpose well. There is no air conditioning, but ceiling fans are installed in all the rooms and worked effectively.

Great location
Great location, wonderful view over lake, direct beach accrss. (The water level is a little shallow, making access to swimmung level a bit complicated, but with shoes ok).
Very peaceful and quiet spot, away from the crowds flooding Sirmione day to day and thereby exactly the relaxation we hoped for.
Well euipped and relatvely spacious, clean apartment for a family with 2 grown up kids.

We had a fantastic stay with Happy Rentals and couldn’t fault the experience from start to finish.
The communication was excellent throughout, and Anna was absolutely brilliant. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and she was available on WhatsApp whenever we needed her — even at all hours of the day. It made the whole stay feel completely stress-free.
The accommodation itself was lovely, in a great location in Cala de Mijas, within a secure and well-maintained community complex. The decor was smart and stylish, and the kitchen was particularly well equipped, with a generous range of facilities provided.

Tolle Lage
Tolle Lage. Sauberes, neues Gebäude. Alles Notwendige ist vorhanden. Waschmaschine und Trockner waren in der Beschreibung nicht erwähnt. Der Parkplatz ist auch für größere Autos (z. B. VW Sharan) geeignet. Wir hatten eine ältere Dame mit Rollator dabei. Es gibt einen Aufzug und eine Rampe. Geschäfte, Bahnhof, Strand, Restaurants und die Fußgängerzone sind alle fußläufig erreichbar. Die schnelle und freundliche Kommunikation mit den Mitarbeitern der Agentur war sehr angenehm. Es gab ein paar kleinere Kritikpunkte, die aber subjektiv und nicht relevant sind. Wir waren sehr zufrieden. Vielen Dank!

Prima verblijf gehad
Prima verblijf gehad. Het appartement was netjes en alle basics zijn aanwezig. We verbleven in appartement 33 met 4 personen, het is niet groot maar we hadden ruimte genoeg. Fijn dat er airco aanwezig is. Alleen het balkon was wat aan de krappe kant met 4 personen.
Fijn zwembad met voldoende bedjes.
Matteo en zijn vriendin zijn zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam.

Abbiamo soggiornato per 10 giorni in questo appartamento e ci siamo trovati davvero benissimo. L’appartamento è molto pulito, bello e confortevole, con una posizione davvero ottima. Eravamo in 4 e gli spazi erano perfetti per le nostre esigenze. La piscina è molto bella e ha reso il soggiorno ancora più piacevole.
Una nota speciale va alla signora della casa, davvero super gentile, disponibile e sempre pronta ad aiutarci. Ci siamo sentiti accolti e a nostro agio fin dal primo momento.
Esperienza davvero positiva, sicuramente consigliato!

Great location but noisy
Great location - easy and flat walking distance from train station. Bus terminal even closer. It was very warm (32+ degrees) when we stayed in Aug 2026 and without air-conditioning we had to sleep with all the windows and doors open for the breeze. As a result, VERY noisy with the trains behind and buses and traffic on the busy street in front.
Comfortable bed (foam mattress with topper) and basic furniture throughout. Good size fridge and cutlery/crockery for four.
Very clean and tidy.
Easy walking distance to selection of cafes and restaurants. Plus two supermarkets (Coop and Migros).
We were requested to remove all garbage from the apartment on departure , but unclear instructions given prior to checkin where to take it. You have to take it to a public disposal bin a couple of streets away.
Good communication from host company.

We understand how the combination of traffic and nearby public transport can be disruptive, even though these are external factors beyond the accommodation itself.
We also appreciate your comment regarding the waste disposal instructions. Clear and practical information for both arrival and departure is important to us, and guests should be able to understand easily where and how to dispose of their waste. We will take this feedback into account.

Ferienwohnung in…
Wir hatten eine Ferienwohnung in Lugano/Aldesago am Monte Brè auf ca. 600 m gemietet. Die Aussicht auf Lugano mit Umgebung und den See war beeindruckend,
aber die wunderschöne Aussicht wurde leider von einigen Mängeln und daraus entstandenem persönlichen Schaden erheblich getrübt:
Die Einfahrt in die Garage ist sehr eng, dadurch habe ich mir die linke hintere Tür an meinem Fahrzeug beschädigt. Man musste zuerst in die gegenüber liegende Garage fahren und dann rückwärts in die eigentliche Garage zu gelangen. Ohne Einweisung einer 2ten Person ist es kaum möglich ohne sich das Fahrzeug zu beschädigen. Abhilfe wäre die Einfahrt zu den Garagen breiter zu machen. Das würde die Betreiber etwas kosten aber ich glaub das interessiert sie nicht, die stecken sich den Gewinn lieber in die eigene Tasche. Weiter haben wir auf zwei Nummern versucht eine Mitarbeiterin zu erreichen, haben auf Band um dringenden Rückruf gebeten: keinen Rückruf erhalten. Kommunikation in unserem Fall: Nicht gegeben! Es gab keine Info in welchem Briefkasten sich der Schlüsseltresor befindet und dieser Briefkasten lässt sich dann auch noch schlecht öffnen. Über diesen Anbieter werden wir keine Ferienwohnung mehr mieten.

Die Garage und ihre baulichen Gegebenheiten sind jedoch Bestandteil der bestehenden Liegenschaft und können von uns als Vermietungsagentur nicht verändert oder verbreitert werden.
Was die Kommunikation und den Check-in betrifft, bedauern wir, dass Sie Schwierigkeiten hatten, uns zu erreichen und die Informationen zum Schlüsseltresor nicht ausreichend klar für Sie waren.
Wir nehmen Ihre Rückmeldung ernst und bedauern, dass die genannten Punkte Ihren Aufenthalt und Ihren Gesamteindruck so negativ beeinflusst haben. Wir hätten uns sehr gewünscht, dass Sie Ihren Aufenthalt trotz der baulichen Gegebenheiten und der anfänglichen Schwierigkeiten positiver in Erinnerung behalten.

La casa era semplicemente perfetta! Comoda, spaziosa e dotata di tutto il necessario per un soggiorno davvero confortevole. Anche il parcheggio è stato molto comodo.
Un ringraziamento speciale all’host, che ci ha accolti con grande gentilezza e simpatia, facendoci sentire subito a casa.
