Abbiamo soggiornato 4 notti in 5 persone a "Casa Piero" Torre del lago (LU).
Appartamento molto carino e tranquillo, al piano terra, ingresso indipendente con spazio esterno privato. Ottimo wi-fi e aria condizionata in ogni stanza. Parcheggio riservato e la spiaggia è raggiungibile a piedi a pochi mt di distanza.
Super consigliato!

Ne jamais faire de réservation avec cette compagnie. Ils vous proposeront des appartements avec description erronée. Ils ne sont même pas capable d’honorer leur propre proposition de diminution des coûts. Compagnie pitoyable!

Das Haus liegt schön und ruhig. Die Ausstattung ist neuwertig, was uns gefehlt hat waren 2 gepolsterte Stühle, die Plastikstühle sind hart und mit der Zeit ungemütlich. 2 Liegen, um sich auf der Terasse hinlegen zu können, um z.B. ein Buch zu lesen, oder einfach zu enspannen. Der Nachteil ist, daß man das Auto weit weg vom Haus parken muß und keine Gelgenheit hat, eine Garage zu mieten. Bei dem Versuch, jemand telefonisch zu erreichen, ging niemand ans Telefon. In Laveno, an Ihrem Büro, war auch nienmand zu erreichen. Nach Anfragen einer Nachbarin wurde uns mitgeteilt, daß hier selten jemand gesehen wurde. Das waren un Kürze unsere Eindrücke.

We hired an apartment Casina del Pecatore in Marina di Pietrasanta rented by happy rentals.
We and our two kids had an amazing 5 days vacation at Casina del Pescatore. The instructions from the host was very clear and easy to understand, with some pictures and videos. Communication between us and the host was good. We always got answers to our questions very fast. Because the house was free when we arrived we were offered an early check in.
The place was amazing! Pool is just 10 meters from our place and kids could go there as soon as they were done with breakfast. Amazing beach, so quiet and peaceful. To live on the beach is a dream and so it felt for us. The host Paola was very nice and friendly even though she doesn’t speak English she still could help us. She was the first running and taking care of our youngest daughter when she felt off the sunbed and was crying.
The only negative thing I can point out is that the main bed was very stiff.

Excellent company to deal with. Good choice of rental apartments and fair prices. Central office quick to respond to any queries. Local agents very friendly and professional. Highly recommend.

De locatie vlak om de hoek van het gezellige oude centrum was fantastisch!
Een heerlijke fles koude witte wijn als welkomst-attentie voor ons in de koelkast.
Fijn dat we vroeg konden inchecken en de auto er terplekke een (gratis) parkeerplek heeft.
Dat we lekker buiten konden zitten was fijn, al zou het extra lekker zijn als er een plafond-ventilator zou zijn.
De keuken is iets gedateerd, maar er zijn voldoende keuken voorzieningen (Dolce-Gusto (zelf cups kopen!), broodrooster, waterkoker, goede koekenpan). Zelf een potje peper/zout/olijfolie meenemen!
Fijn dat er een wasmachine met wasmiddel was!
Airco in elke kamer!
En belangstellend werd door lieve Sara een aantal keren gevraagd of alles naar wens was.
Het verblijf hier is een aanrader!

Positiv:
- sehr guter Kontakt mit unserem Vermittler Gianluca (Hat sich direkt um alles gekümmert, selbst am Wochenende und Feiertag)
- schönes geräumiges Haus mit Terrasse und Parkplätzen -in jedem Zimmer eine Klimaanlage
- sehr netter und hilfsbereite Nachbarn
- kostenloser Strand
Lage:
- man braucht unbedingt ein Gefährt, um zum Strand zu gelangen
- Bushaltestelle gab es auch, haben wir aber nicht benutzt
- 5min mit Auto zum Strand
- allgemein etwas abgelegen, man benötigt unbedingt en Auto etc.
- sehr ruhige Gegend (Felder etc.)

Avoid any property managed by Lake Como Holiday / Happy Rentals / Holiday Property Solutions at all costs.
This was, without a doubt, one of the worst accommodation experiences we have ever had!
We paid a premium price for their property "Sant'Anna Deluxe" that was marketed as a "Deluxe" apartment on Lake Como. What we received was a damp, dirty, poorly maintained property that became effectively uninhabitable when it was left without water for virtually an entire weekend – the full duration of our stay:
- No water
- No showers
- No functioning toilets
- No ability to wash, brush our teeth or maintain even the most basic hygiene.
We reported the problem immediately and repeatedly to Lake Como Holiday / Happy Rentals. We sent videos documenting the situation throughout the weekend. We asked for help. We asked for solutions. We asked for alternative accommodation. We asked for escalation. Nothing meaningful happened!
The customer service representative handling the matter was dismissive, unhelpful and appeared far more interested in defending the company than solving the problem. At no point did we feel that anybody genuinely understood the seriousness of leaving paying guests without water for almost an entire weekend. It seemed completely normal to them.
We spent a significant part of our holiday searching for places where we could shower, use toilets and carry out basic hygiene instead of enjoying Lake Como.
And the lack of water was only part of the problem - the apartment itself (that looks nice in the pictures) was shocking!
The entire property felt permanently damp due to the indoor pool located on the lower level. There is no proper separation between the pool area and the rest of the apartment, which means that moisture spreads throughout the entire property. Everything felt wet. The bedsheets upstairs were damp and the air felt damp. Even wearing glasses indoors was difficult because they immediately fogged up due to the humidity. The entire apartment smelled moldy!
One set of bedsheets was visibly brown-stained and dirty upon arrival and despite charging more than €200 in cleaning fees, we arrived to find dirty floors and an apartment that clearly had not been cleaned to any reasonable standard.
We also had to share the property with large, fast-moving insects that repeatedly appeared inside the apartment. There is some type of insect nest somewhere in this damp place. Not exactly what one expects from a supposedly luxury rental.
The indoor pool generated constant noise that could be heard from the kitchen and living areas, making the apartment even less pleasant to spend time in.
Another material issue that was never properly disclosed before booking was access to the property. Nowhere in the booking description were we informed that access to the property involves parking the car in an improvised, narrow roadside between traffic signs below the house and carrying luggage up and down approximately 200 steps. This is not a minor detail. It is a material aspect of the property that should have been clearly disclosed before booking, particularly for families, elderly guests or anyone travelling with substantial luggage.
For a property marketed as "Deluxe", the entire experience was not such a "Happy Rental".
But what is most disappointing is that even after overwhelming video evidence documenting the lack of water and the overall condition of the property, Lake Como Holiday / Happy Rentals / Holiday Property Solutions refused to provide an appropriate remedy and refund and continued to minimize what happened.
I think we can all agree that a luxury property without water is not a luxury property, but also that a holiday rental without functioning toilets and showers is not fit for rental and occupation.
Problems can happen, but what defines a company is how it responds to paying guests when things go wrong. Lake Como Holiday / Happy Rentals / Holiday Property Solutions failed completely! We will never book with them again and strongly recommend that others look elsewhere.
If this is what Lake Como Holiday / Happy Rentals / Holiday Property Solutions consider a “Deluxe” experience, prospective guests should seriously reconsider booking any property managed by them! AVOID!!!

We stayed in your city view apartment in Nice.
It was beautiful. We really loved the location. So clean and modern.
And brilliant contact from the staff. Would 100% recommend!

Easy to handle,fast service' instructions and costs sometimes a little indifferent.
More transparent informations about nearby groceries, towels and sheets would be helpful

The agency is professional and very helpful. Communication via WhatsApp is easy. After our holiday in Menton in one of their properties, we can highly recommend the agency without reservation.

The apartment is wonderful. I especially loved the view from the balcony—it's stunning. The apartment had everything you needed for living. The location is also very good. The beach, shops, cafes—everything is very close.

Unkomplizierte Abwicklung, gute Betreuung, sehr sauber, super ausgestattet, tolle Wohnung in Toplage

Wir hatten eine Wohnung gemietet, welche auch bestätigt wurde. Nach kurzer Zeit kam die Meldung, dass wir die Wohnung nun doch nicht bekommen (ein Grund wurde keiner genannt), dafür gab es dann die grössere Primula 2 Wohnung. Der Kontakt mit der Verwaltung in dieser Zeit war angenehm und lösungsorientiert. Die Wohnung (3-stöckig) ist von der Lage her sehr zentral. Parkplätze sind genug vorhanden. 3 - 4 Schlafzimmer, drei Bäder, zwei mit schöner angenehmer Dusche. Alles sehr geräumig. Das Haupthaus mit Café, Pizzeria und Gelateria sehr toll. Die Wohnung könnte der absolute Hammer sein, wenn man die etwas pflegen würde. Grundsätzlich ist sie aber nicht sauber, vor allem in der Küche. Meine Partnerin meinte, die Wohnung sei in die Jahre gekommen und "schmuddelig". Vieles ist defekt. Tablar im Bad, welches runterhängt, überall irgendwelch Armaturen die lose sind, etc. etc. Nachttischlampe ist ja toll, aber ohne Steckdose wertlos. Am ersten Morgen hatten wir kein warmes Wasser. Auf unsere Reklamation kam der Techniker sehr schnell und sehr kompetent, und löste das Problem sofort. Der Garten könnte ein Bijou sein, wenn man etwas daraus machen würde. Der Nachbarsgarten hat schöne Plattenböden, schöne Gartenmöbel und Schirme. Beim Primula 2 sehr spartanisch und lieblos. 2 schmutzige kaputte Liegestühle, ein paar Tische etc. Der Preis für ein 3 - stöckiges Reihenhaus war sehr gut, ich weis aber nicht ob wir aufgrund des Wohnungswechsel einen günstigeren Preis hatten. Fazit : Die ganze Anlage dort ist sehr toll und bietet viel. Das Primola 2 müsste man wieder einmal richtig reinigen, auch in den Schubladen in der Küche. Alles in Stand setzen, dann den Garten etwas attraktiver machen, dann wäre es eine Top Wohnung für Ferien.
