I sent an email to Hansgrohe UK re what I presumed was a faulty shower in a house I have just moved in to. They answered my emails promptly and were extremely helpful and friendly.
The shower had been fitted incorrectly by the plumber. Even though the shower was 10 years old they continued to advise me the best way forward. Hannah and Ben Bushell were fantastic. 10/10 👏 I would definitely purchase Hansgrohe products in the future as a result of this EXCELLENT customer service!

I had a problem with a toilet roll holder, and no longer had the packaging but just the invoice. I phoned one of their representatives, Abigail, who asked me to email the complaint, a photo of the item and the receipt. Within 24 hours she said she would send me, a replacement item and would be with me in a few days.
Excellent customer service, and would always use this company in future. Plus the service and manner of Abigail proves that they employ excellent staff - so another reason to use them.

We had a issue with our thermostatic valve and the replaced it without any issues

You can not beat Hansgrohe on customer service. The products are excellent but the customer service is the best I've experienced in over 15years of doing bathrooms. They reply straight away to your enquiry so you are able to resolve your problem.

An email to customer service was answered promptly with a resolution to overcome a supply issue.
Daniel was really helpful and good to know that Hansgrohe are at hand and reply to you!

The "high quality " bath filler which was fitted less than 1 year ago has already broken and whilst customer service are happy to tell me the problem they are very reluctant to honour the 5 year guarantee. So I am stuck with a bath that doesn't work.

Spent just under £2k on a shower.

Had a professional plumber fit it however,

On fitting it he dryfited everything to check the connections were not leaking.

The valve handle that clicks into place, simply does not come off!!!

He spent 2 hours trying, pulling any more would break the shower and casue more damage!

Customer service said it should be difficult to remove and we should put a foot on the wall and pull until it breaks off!!!

They would not accept any responsibility or even send an engineer to inspect it.

Furthermore they said they refuse to provide a replacement part!

Not only that, they wanted me to pay another +£500 for a new part so I could use the unused brand new shower!!!

What is even worse is a quick Google search found the same part for HUNDREDS of pounds less, so not only won't they honour any warranty for a new shower bit they just want to maximise profit over ANY Customer service!!!

Imagine the issues you will have trying to get parts for your shower or dealing with any claims.

Avoid these cowboys!!!

The products are great but a word of warning - parts are way too expensive. I've had to replace the connector hoses on my old taps and you can only use Hansgrohe replacements (seems like the thread pitch is unique). Cost of 2 hoses? £70! That's just ridiculous.

Was really impressed with customer service from Lewis Kyberd. I have an old shower mixer and needed some help. Firstly, Lewis was very helpful on the phone and once I had sent in photos, he sent me a data sheet for that particular model. Thanks Lewis.

Contacted customer services because i didn't have a clue what i needed. Daniel was very helpful and determined exactly what i needed to fix a unit based on photos i sent over. Thanks very much

Contacted customer services due to a leaking shower. Daniel sorted the problem quickly by sending out a replacement part, as we were under warranty. Thanks

Hannah provided excellent and prompt service. Very happy and hope to have my shower select up and running again soon.

Great customer service provided by Daniel Hubbard. Daniel helped me with a product replacement query. He was very helpful and responsive and answered all my questions. Thank you for solving my problem.

They are so helpful that I should give them five stars, but sadly, the delivery disappoints.
They do not give a tracking number or date, and finally, when I got a date on an invoice days later, it never came on that date, so I phoned, and they said it would be with me the next day. It did not come. Finally, it came days after it should have. We, like most people, wait in to get packages, especially with the companies that require a signature. My advice is to sort this tracking out, and you'll get nothing but five stars.

The Hansgrohe attitude to customer service, ongoing support and customer retention is exceptional. Their products are of the highest quality in my opinion and can be relied upon to stand the test of time.

We had an issue with a handle so I contacted Hansgrohe customer services. I was emailed back very quickly by Daniel Hubbard (Customer Technician). Daniel was fabulous, kept in contact and resolved the issue very quickly. Would highly recommend.

Hannah Houston was very quick to respond and answered my questions perfectly.

Daniel Hubbard provided excellent customer service. He was superquick in his responses and came up with adequate answers and solutions for a set of spare parts. Keep it up! This is how you wish to proceed when you're stuck with a situation of a worn part. Thank you!

Excellent customer service, Daniel Hubbard has resolved our issue and provided the correct part, to fix a leak on our shower. The part was despatched to us on the same afternoon of our conversation with Daniel, received within 48 hours. We are really impressed with the customer service provided.
