We installed three RAK Feeling rimless toilets during a renovation and all three have the same issue: waste sticks to the bowl after almost every use. It’s embarrassing, unhygienic, and far too much work for a premium product.

This isn’t down to cleaning, installation, or water pressure — the problem is identical across all three bathrooms. The matt surface just doesn’t shed waste properly.

After checking online, it’s clear many other customers report the same problem, so this doesn’t feel like an isolated case.

RAK really needs to acknowledge this design flaw and offer a proper solution for those of us who’ve invested in this range.

RAK Resort Mini Close Coupled Full Access WC Pan. Purchased in February 2022 for the downstairs cloakroom, but has never been satisfactory. It frequently needs repeated full flushes just for one or two sheets of paper, which defeats the object of having a dual flush to save water. I now avoid using it and go upstairs instead, which is a ridiculous situation.

I was mortified this weekend when the toilet had to be flushed with buckets of water after very modest use by a guest. It seems that the ceramic U-bend is simply too small to accommodate anything more than a wee and a bit of loo roll. Thoroughly embarrassed, I'm now planning to replace it with another brand. It may be neat, good-looking and hygienic, but the poor design means that it is a complete waste of money if it won't remove waste effectively.

UPDATE: 25 March 2026. I contacted RAK as requested and received a prompt and helpful reply. Having submitted evidence, including proof of purchase and a video of the flush, I have been advised to get in touch with the supplier of the toilet, who will in turn discuss a resolution with RAK. Customer service cannot be faulted and it is now down to me as to how to proceed.

Purchased a rack ceramic toilet only been installed 2 months. Not flushing properly faeces sticking to it and agony to sit on. Absolutely awful. DO NOT BUY

Buying this toilet is an absolute waste of money!

I have just had a RAK toilet installed and am SO disappointed. It was not cheap, and I'm finding that poo sticks to the side after every person uses it - one of those nightmare toilets you want to avoid (and I was trying to do so by paying more money). The one we had removed was old but didn't have this problem. What an expensive mistake - AVOID.

A local store start selling their ceramics and there was a great deal since it was new in the market. I took the deal, and don’t regret at all. The quality seems very good

Dopo 8 anni si è rotto il copriwater (serie VENICE). Volendone acquistare uno nuovo risulta fuori produzione e introvabile. Non se ne possono adattare nemmeno non originali.

The WC purchased, need to flush 2-3 times and there is no response from the dealer (Prime Shj) despite several e mails and calls.

A minor problem developed, which turned out to be out of warranty.
Both ladies who handled the matter responded very quickly and were clear and helpful.
Consistent with a company with a reputation for quality, a compromise solution was proposed acceptable to both sides.
Very happy with the service provided.

Almost ran off the road this morning by the idiot driving their van (KS25 TBZ). No surprise to see multiple other reviews having near misses with their van over multiple years.

Only a matter of time before someone is seriously injured or killed by Rak Ceramics.

Ordered a RAK Ceramics WC system. Was of faulty manufacture. Victorian Plumbing were superb and sent out several replacements one after the other, but each and every one had manufacturing faults. Blistering under the enamel, sloughing in of sides, rippling, and cracks in the structure. Appalling quality, right out of the box. You may wish to avoid this company 😆 Deserves zero stars, but can't upload anything under one star

There products are not value for money. They are expensive and break easily. My basin plugs both broke after only around 100 uses.

Hello, it has been 2 months now since I purchased the RAK Ceramics Feeling WC in the German do-it-yourself store Bauhaus. I was pursuaded to buy this product because of its reduced price. However, something is wrong with the design because every single time I use the WC I need to use a brush by hand to remove feces that are sticking to the wall and have not been flushed away. I have now read a few other customer reviews and I'm not surprised to find that others have had the same experience. I would be grateful if one of your staff could get back to me to try to resolve this issue. Thank you very much.

Purchased two RAK toilets for a house refit. Now using them. I have never before had the experience of sticky poo every time I use the toilet but this is what happens with these RAK toilets. I am sorry that I did not go with Vitra toilets as I had in a previous house refit. Never had this problem with them. Very annoyed. We now live in Exeter, UK. As I wanted to purchase locally, all the plumbing supply places had RAK but none would supply Vitra. Perhaps they had some incentive. The previous house in north London was supplied by the local plumbing supply with the least expensive and most popular toilets. Should have bought them again.

We bought RAK ceramic products , lots and we spent alot , the sales guy said it would take a week or so to deliver but we needed urgently , so they said you can pick up from factory . We got one’s sales order for tiles and one for sanitary wear. But they did not send both the LO so when we arrived to pick up, they could only give us the tiles but not the other products . So we called the sales guy! His day off, we called the customer service line , sorry sir we can’t give you need to speak to salesman . I said his off they gave another sales person!! She said she is ill and gave me another sales person , he said I try ! Oh sorry sir only the salesman can open the file. Now this is after speaking to the above people more then once . Finally I got a sales order number , I called the call center and she said sorry we can’t help you Need to call the salesman . 😡by now my blood is boiling . The driver in RAK after two hours is also trying with no help. In the end the driver got some help and this is his process …. First I have to gate 1 for entry
Then go to gate 8 pic floor tiles
Then gate 4 to pick up wall tiles
Then go to gate 2 pick washbasins
Then gate 5 Wc and other thinks…. I admire RAK and their products , but this is a joke and one they need to really understand stops people going back. We spend on Cermaics 200 300 thousand aed per year and this is our first try with RAK. But like this as a company we can’t work. I hope you really try to slimline the process and really focus on call centres as clients should not have to run around like this.

Don’t appreciate their van drivers tailgating my car and beeping their horn for no reason!!!!!

Have a toilet, gets blocked with a small poo, company deserves to be bankrupt
