Chris and the staff here are very professional, they have never made a mistake very efficient and friendly. Its important to feel confident when sending money abroad and I feel 100% confident with Chris and the other staff. Their customer service is excellent. I have also reccomended friends/ family to use this branch for these reasons.

I purchased an omega watch for my partner. Omega inspected it and found it had fake diamond bezel. After several phone calls chasing they wouldn’t accept their error. Apparently omega is wrong but they are correct? Seems unlikely.

Unwilling to accept responsibility for fake watch parts.

Chloe the customer consultant who served me was so professional, courteous, and personable. She explained all the terms and conditions to me in a clear and concise manner.

I was in here today and honestly the girls were amazing. Nicole and Sara were polite, friendly and welcoming, while remaining professional the whole time. Honestly these two are fabulous and helpped me through the whole process. I was selling some old pieces I no longer wanted and got more than I expected. The prices are definately fair. There were others being served in the time i was in the store and they all received the same high level of service. Thank you ladies. Xx

The staff in runcorn are amazing. They dont make you feel embarrassed that you are struggling and need to borrow some money.. they have a good rapport with their customers....

Avoid this company, they are a scam.. Purchased a ring that was available and in stock, they took my money, several days later i was sent tracking information that it was dispatched and dpd were awaiting the parcel which was absolutely a load of rubbish because a week after my order I get an email saying that the ring was unavailable and my order had been cancelled and it would receive a refund (we'll have to wait and see on that one) in around 10 days... I am beyond angry and disgusted with this company!
