Just received my Dad's ashes ring today as a gift for my 60th birthday and to say I'm overwhelmed is an understatement.
It is absolutely stunning and even more so than I ever could have hoped.

After my husband sadly lost his mother in January 2024 I decided I wanted to give him something to remember her . I looked into jewellery and came across Hand on Heart . I can honestly say from start to finish my experience has been dealt with , respect , great communication and empathy. When I finally received the ring I had made for my husband as a birthday gift all I can say is WOW , absolutely stunning and could tell it had been crafted with care . My husband was overwhelmed and emotional and loved his ring very much . Thank you Hand on Heart for making something beautiful out if such a sad time , would definitely use you again and recommend this company.

I was slightly overwhelmed when I shopped for a keepsake to remember my darling mum by, but the website was clear and concise, the photos showed the products in great detail, and it was easy to order. Any emails I sent were responded to quickly and in a professional yet warm manner. I received my delivery today, and the ring I ordered is beautiful. It feels sturdy and fits perfectly, and I can run my own fingertips over mum's print and feel the ridges which is hugely comforting.
My only (slight) negative was that delivery took quite a lot longer than estimated, and while an update would have been appreciated, I understand that as a small artisan shop there are only so many hours in the day!

Ordered a heart shape green silver necklace. The chain was so thin and poor quality and there was no catch to attach the clip to either, when I emailed they said that was normal! Never seen that on any other necklace. More dark grey colour than silver too. Misleading photos.. then 30 days later the chain just snapped after a shower. would never use again. I spent a lot of money on this, would not recommend. Was hoping to wear this for life.

Received my pendant today containing my cat’s fur clippings. It’s absolutely beautiful. The packaging and the box perfect, the communication from start to finish was first class. It took some time but it was definitely worth the wait and most certainly not something that would detract from a 5* review.

Thank you, I will treasure my pendant forever with the memory of my best girl.

Absolutely amazing company.
I approached HoH after seaching the internet for something special in memory of my boy Dexter. After losing my precious furbaby boy Dexter after having to make that heartbreaking decision to let him run over the rainbow bridge, I wanted something special to keep him close. My necklace I chose is absolutely stunning. I love the fact that it contains some of Dexters ashes and now I feel so close to him once more.
The fact that the company is also based in Cumbria felt like is was meant to be, most of our holidays with Dex were spent in the Lake District. So it feels extra special that they were based here.
Thank you to all at HoH for the love care nd attention on producing my necklace. A special thanks to Hannh who worked on my piece. I will be forever grateful to you all for bringing my boy home and close to me again.

My dad passed away a few months ago and my mum’s birthday was recently so ordered a necklace with ashes in the pendant. The pendant is absolutely beautiful and my mum literally cried when she realised what it was. Hand On Heart put SO much care into crafting the pieces and I’m so happy with how it turned out, as well as their customer service. Special thanks to Donna who made the pendant.

What can I say appart from great service and a beautiful pendant with my Mums ashes in to give to my daughter on her 16th. She will always have a part of her Grandma with her now. The quality is lovely and the pendant is beautiful. So Happy I had this done and I'm suremy daughter will love it. Would highly recommend this company. I cannot praise this company highly enough. My experience was not without issue , but this was entirely the fault of the post office and Royal Mail who are incompetent and lack compassion. I sent my mum’s ashes sample on 16/5/24 the mail service lost them and they remain lost to date Hand on heart dealt with the whole painful situation with complete decency and were so kind and helpful. They offered a refund or for me to send more ashes , In my own time. I chose to send some more by special delivery ( obviously I should urge anyone reading this to do so too) rather than by tracked 48 which is included with the “kit” you receive to collect the ashes. All the packaging, everything, is really high quality and respectful. The team ensured my ring was ready for my mum’s anniversary of when she died; I received it this morning and her “day” is in two days. I am so touched by this company’s kindness, and their communication with me was faultless throughout. I took a lot of time to ensure I got the right size; it was “L” on the sizer but the team said the style of ring I was going for, you usually size up , and “m” fits perfectly; the engraving is as asked for too. thank-you especially Charlotte and Hannah. The ring means so much to me

Recently lost my dad and he always wanted to walk my daughter down the aisle. This way he was still able to. Easy ordering, quick delivery and loved the personal touch of having a photo. Highly recommend

We recently lost our beloved beautiful dog Ollie!
I found Hand On Heart Jewellery on the internet and I sent off for a package to start the whole process which come really quickly. They treated our dogs ashes with the upmost compassion, care and love! The ashes they didn't need they sent back to us everything was all tracked there and back! The necklace is beautiful - Donna at Hand On Heart has really done a fantastic job! Communication was on point emails to let me know every stage of the process and when my necklace had been posted.

From the very start of the process Hand on Heart were fantastic. I was a little nervous sending off the ashes however they provided secure labelled packaging and confirmed as soon as they received them. They kept me updated throughout and my ring was ready when they estimated it would be.

I can't thank them enough as the ring is absolutely beautiful. The packaging was a lovely touch too.
