I lost my beautiful Mum 27 days ago and I needed to get her ashes made into jewellery asap. My daughter ordered 3 rings and we sent the ashes off on Monday this week and its now Thursday and we have all 3 rings. We did pay £60 for priority delivery for
all 3 and it was worth it. We love our rings and my son still has to come round for his but it’s lovely. Thank you so much Angel Meadow ❤️

I’m really disappointed with my experience with Angels Meadow. I purchased a necklace containing my dog’s ashes for £150, which is incredibly sentimental to me. I’ve worn it every day since receiving it, as it brings me a lot of comfort, and there is nothing stated anywhere that suggests it shouldn’t be worn regularly.

Unfortunately, in less than a year, the silver has badly tarnished and the stone has started to come loose. Given the price and the emotional value of the piece, I expected far better quality and durability.

When I contacted the company, they refused to repair it under warranty, claiming it hadn’t been properly looked after. This simply isn’t true — it has only been worn as a necklace is intended to be worn. I find it unreasonable that normal, everyday wear is being used as a reason to deny responsibility.

To make matters worse, I’ve been told I now have to pay £39 just for it to be looked at under their repair service. After already paying £150, this feels completely unacceptable, especially given the short time frame in which the issues have appeared.

Overall, I’m very upset and let down. This item means a lot to me, and I trusted Angels Meadow to provide something that would last. Sadly, both the quality of the product and the aftercare service have been extremely disappointing.

I’m so pleased with my ring, got both my mum & dad in my ring the colours are perfect for them, I chose both their favourite colours it’s amazing ❤️ as looking at the colours online you don’t get the true colours properly but they are amazing. No words can explain how happy I am . They were very helpful from start to finish & came in such a special bag & a card which you can just tell how much love & care they’ve put & taken into doing there jewellery.
