Merci pour votre commande du 1er décembre, qui a été expédiée le lendemain de sa réception.

Dans l'e-mail de confirmation d'expédition que vous avez reçu, nous avons inclus le lien de suivi afin que vous puissiez suivre la progression de votre commande par les bureaux de poste au Royaume-Uni et en France. Nous l'avons également fait et vous avons informé deux fois par e-mail.

Comme indiqué dans notre dernier e-mail, nous avons également contacté Royal Mail pour discuter de votre commande. Nous continuerons également à le faire.

C'est évidemment une période chargée de l'année pour les services postaux, mais nous espérons que cela ne prendra pas beaucoup plus de temps. Il nous serait utile que vous laissiez un commentaire négatif à la Poste - étant donné que le retard de livraison est de leur responsabilité et qu'une fois le colis dans leur système, il est malheureusement hors de notre contrôle.

Si vous pensez que nous pourrions faire quelque chose de plus pour vous faire parvenir votre commande, veuillez nous le faire savoir.

Thanks for your order of 1 December, which was dispatched the day after we received it.

In the shipping confirmation email you received, we included the tracking link so you can monitor the progress of your order by the post offices in both the UK and the France. We have also been doing this and updated you twice by email.

As set-out in our last email, we have also contacted the Post Office to chase your order. We will continue to do this too.

Obviously it is a busy time of the year for post services, but hopefully it will not take much longer. It would be helpful to us if you would leave the Post Office negative feedback - given the delivery delay is their responsibility and once the package is in their system, it is sadly out of our control..

If there is anything more you think we could be doing to get you your order, please let us know.

It is surprising to us that neither the fabric nor the fit of the underwear met your expectations. The fabrics are premium quality from the best mills and the cut has been refined extensively. It is these two aspects of our products that we are proudest of, and for which we receive the most positive feedback - you can read this on the other reviews on our Trustpilot.

It would be helpful to us if you could email us at mail@handjones.com to let us know your specific disappointments. Obviously garments fit and look different on everybody, so it would be helpful to understand further to assist as we work on new ranges.

Thanks for taking the time to leave a review – sadly not about our product or service, but about the local customs payable when you import goods into Germany from any non-EU country globally.

Unfortunately, this is a fact-of-life for selling internationally as a small business like ours. Import tariffs vary from country to country and are not something we can control. We do highlight on our website that such customs duties may be payable locally upon delivery.

May we recommend you only buy from EU based retailers in future if you wish to avoid international import duties.
