It is surprising to us that neither the fabric nor the fit of the underwear met your expectations. The fabrics are premium quality from the best mills and the cut has been refined extensively. It is these two aspects of our products that we are proudest of, and for which we receive the most positive feedback - you can read this on the other reviews on our Trustpilot.
It would be helpful to us if you could email us at mail@handjones.com to let us know your specific disappointments. Obviously garments fit and look different on everybody, so it would be helpful to understand further to assist as we work on new ranges.

Purchase looks terrific Good! The Order and deliveri process could have been better. I was not able to sign up for the first Order discount. I didnt get a aknowledging mail for my Order, therefore i was not able to trak my Order. So overall there is some room for improvement!

Unfortunately, this is a fact-of-life for selling internationally as a small business like ours. Import tariffs vary from country to country and are not something we can control. We do highlight on our website that such customs duties may be payable locally upon delivery.
May we recommend you only buy from EU based retailers in future if you wish to avoid international import duties.
