Haven’t tried the products because i am out of the country right now, but responses to questions on Instagram were prompt and the delivery to the address was very efficient. Waiting for them to refill stock so I can buy other models.

The underwear arrived with 16.50 Euros…
The underwear arrived with 16.50 Euros due in customs fees in Italy. This was a surprise to me. Customs fees should have been mentioned upon ordering. The underwear, while finely made, was not soft cotton and had a shiny synthetic feel, even after washing. There was a little extra room in the front - but not enough to justify the advertised claim. I'm sure it is great underwear for many, but it did not fit my needs - nor expectations I'm sorry to say.

We are sorry the customs authorities in Italy elected to charge you import tax - clearly not something we can control, but also something we do state can happen in the terms of sale on our website "Your order will be sent from the UK. If local import duties apply, you will need to pay these upon receipt". Sorry you missed that.
The quality of our fabrics is one of the features of our products that we receive the most positive feedback on - sorry it was not to your liking. The garments you ordered are from premium top-quality Portuguese fabrics made from 90% cotton and 10% elastane, so the garment retains its shape and support. Some of our other styles have less elastane, which you may prefer.
The pouches in our underwear are cut to accommodate and support men of all shapes and sizes - again a feature we receive huge positive feedback on. Instead of a more classic style, you may prefer one of 'air' products - which work really well for the most well-built men.
Hope this helps and sorry again if there was any disappointment - not something we want any customer to experience. Hope to perhaps see you again in the future.
