Luxury towels - highly recommend
I've got a set of towels and face cloths, they are so soft even after washing. They all feel like a luxury hotel towels. They will be my go to again when i need more or to replace some of our old towels.
Definitely recommend these. Also very friendly customer service/staff, smooth transaction throughout.

Egyptian cotton 500 count bedding
We have the Egyptian cotton 500 count bedding and it is absolutely the best we have ever had. It looks fabulous, gives off that luxury hotel vibe and it feels gorgeous to the touch. Both myself and my husband have said what a great nights sleep we have had. It also washed and ironed really well.

I’m genuinely so happy with my order from Hampton & Astley. The quality feels absolutely amazing and you can really tell it’s luxury bedding. The Egyptian cotton is super soft, comfortable, and feels so premium.
The luxury duvet cover completely transformed my bedroom and honestly feels like hotel-quality bedding. One of the best bedding sets I’ve tried and the customer service was lovely too.

Poor quality
All four face cloths I purchased literally fell apart after after six wash cycles. They are in shreds in less than 3 months. So far the towels appear to be holding up, But given the experience with the face cloths, I now doubt their longevity.

The bedding is unbelievably soft and comfortable. It honestly feels like sleeping like a baby every night. The fabric is smooth, cozy, and keeps the perfect temperature while sleeping. I wake up feeling so relaxed and refreshed. The quality is amazing and it makes my bed feel like a luxury hotel. Highly recommend to anyone who loves extra soft and comfortable bedding!

Yodel is the problem
I have no problem with the towels, but Hampton and Astley chose to send my order via Yodel. They did not deliver on the day they said they would, and when I enquired the next morning Yodel said they had already delivered the parcel, which they had not. They eventually arrived a day late.

Gorgeous candle!
Gorgeous candle! I ordered the Bergamot, Rose and Lavender candle and it’s absolutely lovely. The scent fills the room before the candle has even been lit! I love that it’s made from natural wax so you know that you’re not breathing in any nasty chemicals. Delivery was really quick too!

I wasn't going to bother leaving a review but
I wasn't going to bother leaving a negative review because there's an element of personal preference involved. However, I have received eight nag emails to leave a review, This itself took my score down by a star, The gripe that I wasn't going to bother to mention is that although it's a servicable bath robe, there is an ugly red insignia visible out of the corner of the eye. One is constantly half thinking, have I cut myself shaving?

Not worth the wait
Ordered as a present after waiting 2 weeks the date of the occasion passed and I enquired what had happened to it, after 2 more days I got a reply and was told they were out of stock. They knew this but don’t connect inventory to their sales platform, happy to take the money. Then I was told the product was ‘held up in customs’ So having ‘England’ as part of your logo doesn’t mean the product is English made. When the towel was eventually reordered and arrived it really wasn’t of the quality I expected. Thick and lush it was not. As a final insult I am not bombarded by daily junk emails from the company. Not impressed at all.
