While the delay with your parcel was unfortunately with the courier, we understand that you expected clearer communication and support while waiting for your order.

We would also like to clarify that our telephone line is not currently answered, as our customer service enquiries are handled via email. We apologise if this was not clear and resulted in you spending time trying to reach us by phone.

During the delivery issue, our team was actively following up with the courier, urging them to prioritise the delivery of your parcel and provide an update on its status. Unfortunately, we were also awaiting their response, which contributed to the delay in providing you with further information. Please be assured that we were doing our best to expedite the delivery and resolve the matter as quickly as possible.

Regarding your comments about compensation, we would like to clarify that we did offer you a complimentary gift as a gesture of goodwill in recognition of the inconvenience caused. However, you declined this offer, explaining that your main priority was to receive your order as soon as possible. We fully respected your decision and therefore continued to focus our efforts on following up with the courier to ensure your parcel was delivered without further unnecessary delay.
