Great quality hair
Great quality hair, really easy to adjust the halo wire and very helpful and fast colour matching advice. Very fast dispatch of the order. I've found that the hair washes well and retains condition if you follow the care instructions that are provided.

I absolutely love my halo
I absolutely love my halo! I wear hair extensions every day due to my hair being very thin and the this has made my life a lot easier! It doesn’t damage my hair like clip ins and gives me lots of volume!
It’s taken a while to learn how best to blend with my hair because my natural hair is so thin and short but after a few goes I’ve worked out what’s best for me and now it’s so quick and easy to do my hair ever day!
Minus 1 star because I think more options for the weight of the hair would be useful and the shorter lengths to be available with clips if needed

Spent 35 euro on delivery to Ireland…
Spent 35 euro on delivery to Ireland and now I've to pay 46 euro import and tax charges. Was told the item would be delivered yesterday but it was sent to France first and now won't get here till Monday. Will do another review once the item arrives.

Such good quality hair, shame about the tape glue strength.
Colour is fab, length is great and so is the quality of hair. As a hairdresser i’m over the moon with the quality and the fact that the copper hasn’t washed and faded bad after the first wash. However i’m ever so disappointed with the tape, i’ve washed my hair for the first time after having them fitted just under a week ago and i’ve lost nearly 10 tapes out of my hair. I know it’s not my hair or anything as my last brand of hair I wore for 6 months without loosing one! This will be the only thing that will prevent me from re-purchasing which is a shame as i’m in love with the colour and literally everything else! It’s ever such a shame that the tape isn’t strong at all.

We are very sorry to hear that the colour wasn't a match - in our terms and conditions we do offer a full refund or exchange if the colour is not correct - but the hair extensions do have to be kept in original condition and that does mean tied on the hygienic bands and on the backing card to proof the hair has not been in a worn state.

Amazing customer service
Honestly, the best customer service! I ordered the wrong colour and had to send it back. I forgot to put my details into the return so im a blind panic, had to contact them. Rachel was amazing! Very patient, so friendly and sorted things out in a heartbeat.
The halo itself was beautiful, just the wrong colour for me and I needed it for my holiday so was unable to swap the colour or I would have.
Can't recommend highly enough!!

Only been in for 1 week. My daughter is a hairdresser so I use the right products on my hair. The ends are shocking, tatty and hard to brush. Plus there are lots shedding. Really disappointed, alot of money spent on 2 sets.

The best clip in extensions I’ve ever used!!!
I am loving having super thick, long hair again with the help of these beautiful premium clip ins. I’m so impressed with the quality and softness of the hair. The extensions are super easy to install and lightweight enough to not pull on my own hair. They look good straight or curly but curly and wavy is my favourite. The hair extensions are safe to use heat on and I style mine using tongs and straighteners and so far they have held styles perfectly. (Even after a 1.5 hour hot dance class, my hair was still bouncy and full). I love the fact you can also buy a special hair hanger and protective bag from this brand for the hair extensions. This is to keep them from being crumbled or damaged when they are not being used. I love this brand from the packaging and presentation to the hair itself. I wouldn’t go anywhere else now! These are exactly what I was looking for. I had help and chats with the customer service team helping me choose the correct style and method of extensions for my specific hair and they have been amazing too. If you need a colour match, they also provide this service, they are so happy to help and clearly want you to look amazing and feel your best.

Rachel was there to support straight away as my hair trial stylist cut the halo wire so short so I was panicking as I needed my halo for my wedding the following week. Amazing Customer service - the hair extensions I was looking to purchase weren't in stock #99j so I messaged on Instagram and received a quick reply that told me they had one pack in stock and weren't sure when a restock would take place, I asked if I could purchase this pack and they told me yes I was over the moon. They told me they would send an invoice so I could pay directly they even gave me the discount that was advertised on the website.
I Love Halo hair extensions, couldn't recommend them enough !
They have the best colour match to your hair.

Once you wash this hair you may not even be able to get a brush through it !!
Been wearing hair extensions for over 16 years and these are worse than synthetic hair !!
Honestly Amazon hair is half the price of this and double the quality don’t waste your money

AVOID
Avoid this company. Matched my own extensions, as I’m a hairdresser. They came a TOTALLY different colour. The ends were khaki where they’d been coloured without being filled properly. Contacted customer service who still expected me to pay recorded delivery to give them back. I’ve since tried to salvage them myself and washed according to their instructions seeing if the colour build up would fade/ settle. They are so porous, brittle and dry they can’t be salvaged. Avoid at all cost, they’re now ignoring my email so I’ve had to get a refund through my bank. Don’t waste your money!
Update- they’ve since reached out and have covered the cost of the return. Upon receiving them back they have sent me an extremely rude email with picture of the extensions straightened. Which apparently means they totally fine and they think I'm just lying. The unprofessionalism is just astounding.

Please know that we take situations like this incredibly seriously, and if we had been notified about this earlier we would have offered help in terms of a refund, exchange or even a colour match if the shade you picked didn't match your hair colour.
Especially after an attempt of colouring the hair extensions, we are always on hand to provide guidance and aftercare advice to ensure you have the best possible experience in this process.

Halo piece
Previously had bonds from halo hair before and couldn't fault them just recently had my bonds taken out to give my hair a break. As I have a few days/nights out coming up I opted for a halo piece. When trying to order I was having issues adding to the basket after contacting them via Instagram I was instantly messages back they instructed me on what to do but still won't work so they asked me to let them know which item I wanted to order which I did sent every detail and they instantly sent me an invoice so I could purchase it.
