Overall, a positive outcome, although communication could have been better.

I recently placed an order with Luxe by SHE and unfortunately selected the wrong type of extensions. I realised my mistake literally seconds after placing the order and contacted them straight away to ask if it could be changed.

There was a delay in getting a response, but they did eventually confirm that they would try to change the order, and they did change the method of extensions as requested. Unfortunately, by that point it was too late to be useful because I had specifically needed them by a certain date.

I also made it clear that if they couldn’t guarantee delivery by that date, I wanted the order cancelled. The parcel was nevertheless dispatched, and I was surprised to see that it was being shipped from China, as I had understood Luxe by SHE to be a UK-based company.

The parcel arrived too late for when I needed the extensions, so I returned it unopened. Initially I was frustrated because I had to chase for the return information and there was some confusion around the process.

However, to be fair, the situation was ultimately resolved. The return was received, and I have now received my full refund of £281.81.

Looking back, I don’t think the customer service was as bad as I initially feared. They did make the change I requested, albeit too late for my circumstances, and they ultimately processed my refund in full.

I think the main areas for improvement would be quicker communication and clearer information about dispatch times and where orders are being shipped from. If I had known from the outset that my order was being dispatched internationally, and had received a quicker response to my cancellation request, the whole experience would have been much less stressful.

Overall, I’m pleased that it was resolved fairly and that I received my full refund.

Please ignore the positive reviews as most of them are likely to be false as they have offered customers perks for giving positive reviews even when their experiences have not been positive. I don’t think the company should even be trading according to companies house. The hair I received was the worst quality imaginable and I had so many problems getting a refund which I had to go through my bank for.

I got the extension for my girlfriend and she really loves them. The quality is amazing. And the color matches her own hair perfectly. Highly recommended. She loved the gift!!

I returned the first set of wavy hair extentions to the company. The company did not take delivery of the extensions on two separate days and despite me telling the company that they need to arrange collection from their local post office, they clearly did not read my emails and kept asking me to rearrange delivery.
I was then exchanged for wavy hair that did not retain it's wave after it's first wash. I was incredibly disappointed. I followed their aftercare advice, sent lots of photos as proof and was initially offered "up to 70% off" bespoke hair extensions. I explained I wanted a refund. I was then offered bespoke hair extensions free of charge. Again, I asked for a refund and heard nothing back.
I have gone through my bank to get a refund. I will not touch, or recommend this company to anyone.

Disaster from start till finish! Worst thing being I waited a month for my wavy range hair only to be sent STRAIGHT hair! Styled in the packet. Now I’m stuck with dead straight extensions and curly hair! Of course Stephanie cox, the owner is not taking responsibility and has said to me I should leave it to dry natural or put leave in conditioner. Such ridiculous advice that does not work and I should not have to do. I’ve had wavy and curly hair extensions for years. I have tried many brands. do not use this brand. But I think the reviews already say that anyway! I’ll be taking legal action as I believe it’s the only way to stop this absolute scammer. I spent over £700!!!

A new buyer from luxe hair, the hair is of good quality absolutely but it is much more finer than what I was used to. I reached out to luxe to make sure everything is as it should be and they have been very good with their responses to explain how and why the hair is finer and have Been able to accommodate my requests. I am happy with the service they have provided to help me get the volume and style needed.

ordered off here awhile ago had a bad experience as i ordered then looked at reviews tried cancelling as soon as i saw it all they wouldn’t answer so i found the owner of this brand on instagram stephanie message couldn’t send to her (she seems to look ok even tho scamming everyone out there money) i kept spamming there email finally got a answer told them how i wanted a refund and how i could no longer put these products to use and all they really cared about was my bad reviews they told me i would get a refund if i delete them and make a good one so i did they stopped answering after that so i just went with the bank and got my money never order off here there all scammers go to a trusted company please don’t be fooled

I order hair extensions & the hair care bundle & paid for priority shipping. The hair extensions arrived late & the hair care bundle never arrived at first I emailed they were brilliant told me that I could get a refund for the hair care bundle & the priority shipping which comes to £115 they processed this refund on Tuesday of last week told me it would be with me within 3 days. That money has never arrived they have an a option to get my money to me in a day by CHAPS and they are still making me wait another day to see if the funds have reached my bank this should have been sorted the day it hit 3-4 days & nothing from them. Unfortunately now I am going to have to report this as fraud not a company I would suggest using

claim signed for but no one was home.
ON going investigation with courier is taking to long!
i wouldn't advise using this company.

please please please stay away do not read positive reviews they are false, this company has closed 3 ltd companies in the last 3 years , the products are awful, there customer service is atrocious , regardless of what you get sent you won't get your money

Avoid this company at all costs.
I ordered curly hair extensions because the website and checkout showed Express Delivery in 2–5 working days, with no clear mention of an additional production timeframe.

After I paid, I was then emailed and the hair was bespoke and would take longer. I immediately asked to cancel if it could not arrive in time.

They then went back and forth via email, acknowledged that my complaint was about the delivery information shown before purchase, said they would review it internally, and then simply stopped replying.

The delivery window passed, the hair did not arrive, and despite my cancellation request still being unresolved they sent it out anyway.

The parcel remains unopened and unused. It looks like cheap doll hair through the packaging. I have asked for a monetary refund and have only been offered an exchange.

Very poor communication, inconsistent responses, and in my experience the delivery information was not clear enough before purchase.

I ordered curly hair extensions from here and what I got to what I ordered is kind blowing. I have emails, pictures and videos of how bad this hair is. They are refusing point blank to refund me for a product that is either faulty or extremely over processed either way it’s not fit for purpose. Customer service has been nothing short of horrendous

I ordered hair extensions last month to get done for my birthday tracking says delivered but I never received when I contacted the company they explained if I leave a good review they will resend my hair out to me! Which I did and it’s now been 4 weeks and I still haven’t received the hair I have asked multiple times for a refund and they still haven’t issued it I’m now going to raise a dispute with my bank considering I paid £570
