Phenomenal gym! Super happy member here. Kind, friendly, helpful staff. Very clean. Wide range of equipment, multiples of lots of things such as 2 smith machines, many benches. Great classes including hot yoga. Well maintained machines; quickly fixed and new things being added often. Good lockers, changing rooms, showers. Amazing Gym! Has everything you’re looking for in a gym, plus the staff are super friendly and helpful!

What can I say, the gym is completely 24/7 so for me as I work late at night I can go after work eaven if I cannot go during the day so that is nice.
The equipment across all the sites is very nice. It does take some getting used to but after that it does feel good using the different machines and extensive range of free weights.
Lighting in the Sutton gym is the best but the lighting at the other sites is okay as well. Very clean at all times. I do really like the social media pages, the gym doesn't take itself too seriously and the environment is very chilled out. Met some amazing people there that I can learn from and have good interactions with.
Overall I really like this gym. The only thing is that showers aren't amazing but they do the job. Can't complain. 9.2/10. Would really recommend.

AVIOD this gym at all costs. - HAVING TO WRITE THIS REVIEW AGAIN AS THEY ARE TRYING TO REPORT IT (the owner clearly doesn't understand the concept of a reviewing system - this is an honest review based on my situation however is attempting to block it)

I have cancelled my membership a month in advance and the owner kept texting and requesting that I pay a full month.
I followed the T&C's and cancelling within the parameters. They are now requesting for £220 which is comical but cannot provide log record from their end. comical to see that the owner values his time as he's chasing people when they have followed the rules.
He then proceeded with calls and just spoke at me for rudely and arrogantly for about 3 minutes
As you can see from the reviews it isn't just me.

I’ve trained in a lot of gyms over the years, but this location truly stands out. The facilities are clean, well-maintained, and equipped with everything you need—whether you’re into strength training, functional fitness, or just getting in a solid cardio session.

The atmosphere is welcoming and motivating, with a real sense of community that makes you actually want to show up and train. The staff are knowledgeable, approachable, and always on hand to help with technique or just offer encouragement.

What really sets this place apart is the energy—it’s not just a gym, it’s a space where people come to push their limits and make real progress. Whether you’re a beginner or a seasoned athlete, this gym has the vibe, equipment, and support to help you level up.

I joined the Bromley Gym location in February 2024, and I initially found the receptionist staff to be professional and friendly. However, since then, the quality of the gym has significantly declined. The exceptional classes with skilled instructors have diminished, especially after several teachers left, which has negatively impacted both the quality and quantity of lessons offered.

When I joined last year with my boyfriend, I paid for both of our memberships initially, as he had forgotten his debit card. He later switched the payment to his own card. In June, I discovered that the gym had charged me double for both May and June. My boyfriend tried to address this issue with the receptionist, Isac, who was dismissive and unhelpful, stating that the gym does not issue refunds. I then emailed the gym to file a formal complaint about Isac's lack of professionalism, only to have Isac respond to my inquiry, claiming he misunderstood the situation and agreed to follow up on it with the administration.

I confronted Isac in person, accompanied by a friend. Without my phone, I asked a passerby to call him, only to overhear Isac laughing with that individual before addressing me. I have also received two emails from the gym that were unprofessional and referred to me by incorrect names. After discussing this matter with my bank, we concluded that the gym had been charging me double payments from April through June. It was also noted that the gym abruptly stopped charging my boyfriend for three months, despite him having sufficient funds in his account.

The responses from the gym have been consistently unprofessional and highlight their incompetence in customer service. They have refused to take accountability for their errors regarding my boyfriend's debit card and absurdly blamed him for not removing my payment details from their app, suggesting that I request a refund from him instead.

Given that Bromley has several gyms and I have visited multiple others without experiencing such a lack of professionalism and disrespect, I strongly recommend that others consider their options before joining this gym. Having been a member of a private leisure center for a decade, my transition to this local gym has been profoundly disappointing, and I cannot advise anyone to join under the current circumstances.
