The most unprofessional company I have every booked through.
We booked 4 days of golf in Brazil, then the same day we were leaving for Brazil, we got a email saying that all 4 tee times were cancelled. No explanation why.
We decided to still bring our golf bags since we were going on a golf trip, and hope it could be fixed somehow.
I contacted GF365 and asked why the tee times were cancelled, and got a responce if I still wanted to play at those tee times. I said "Yes", and that I wanted confrimation that we had those booked.
Never heard back from GF365. Incredibly unprofessional.
We managed to book 2 of the 4 days of golfing through other providers though it was on very short notice. It also cost way more and was on other golf courses.
So trusting GF365 basically ruined our vacation. Dont let them ruin yours as well....

After reviewing your case, we want to clarify what happened. Your request to change or cancel the tee times was submitted less than the golf course’s 24-hour cancellation window. Each club sets its own policies, and according to the course’s rules, changes or cancellations are not accepted inside that timeframe.
The golf course responded to you directly confirming that they could not approve the modification. As stated clearly on our website, Greenfee365 must follow the golf club’s cancellation terms, and in this case the required notice period was not met.
Because of that, we were unfortunately not able to override the decision.

Booked the wrong day by accident and emailed but had no reply
Booked the wrong day by accident, no way to manage the booking without emailing them. Emailed on 24th Nov with still no reply on the 26th.
Simply looking to transfer the booking from the wrong day to the right day.
No options have been offered to resolve this. They just hang you out to dry to try and resolve it with the golf club who haven’t been much help either!
Don’t book with green fee 365 and go direct to the golf club. This customer experience has been awful and I’m now out of pocket for the tee time that was booked by accident. I’m needing to try charge back via my credit card provider.
Final update:
CEO got in contact and refunded me. A lot of effort to finally get a resolution.

Drastic changes to tee times after booking
You offer tee times with rates online then after booking it, you say it cannot be accommodated and you suggest one with a different date, time, and price. There were no disclaimers on the website that the tee time, date, price could change. And after a day there is no response to our inquiry.
