Booked a same day round
Booked a same day round. Website defaulted to a date in the future between selection and payment. I immediately realised this from the confirm and tried to rectify. The golf club had no record of any booking so I had to pay them separately. Despite repeated attempts to get a refund from 365 they have deflected, obfuscated and finally ignored.
They appear to not care that they have taken £40 off me

The course rating on your website was overrated the parador golf course in Malaga is in poor condition except for the greens and tea boxes everything else is substandard.

This app worked when it worked and didn't when it didn't. Fortunately it is not the busy season and I don't mind playing in the early morning at this time of year. Sometimes when you make the booking you just get error message, if there's a problem with the payment exchange, I got an email, but well after I would have lost the tee time in a busier season.

Cancelled booking not refunded. Don’t trust them.
I booked a round of golf at Quinta, then they cancelled the booking and did not refund me. I have emailed them numerous times and given them time but it is over a month now. Perhaps they have money problems, they keep saying they will respond and don’t. I would not use them again and want to warn others.

The si te has access to most of the best courses in Spain (where I was looking) but saw that it has all over Europe.
Very easy to book and the best part is that the payment is to be made at the golf course.
