Update about this lying site.
I previously wrote a review regarding the fact that you charged me almost 600 euros without delivering the service you promised. It has now been over 1.5 months, and I have still received no meaningful response. The only communication I have received consists of misleading and untruthful replies to my earlier review, which do not address the issue at all. There has been no refund and no proper follow-up.
This situation is unacceptable. If I do not receive a response immediately, I will take this matter further through formal channels.

Booking was easy. And costs were a bit lower than at the course or competitor prices.

But that is not the worst part, GREENFEE365 does not honor refunds and they have no customer service whatsoever. I have been trying to cantact them regarding my situation for weeks now…they only have automated responses.
