The only reason I put 1 star is I had to cancel the golf and already paid so I have now lost out I rang the club to let them know I could not make it but no refund so very disappointed

“ Live Tee Times” is a lie.
“ Live Tee Times” is a lie.
I booked off their website and made the payment.
A few days later was still showing as unconfirmed so after chasing a couple of times was told the course had a competition on those days and did I want a different date.
Only there for a few days so it got cancelled.
Let’s see how long the refund takes

I only had a limited availability? It’s called a holiday. I booked a tee time on line and you could then only offer a tee time 4 days either side of that when I am not in the country.
How dare you try and put any blame on me when your website clearly says your are selling “Live Tee Times”
Still not received my refund.
I am sure people have good experiences with you but you judge a company on how they deal with the bad ones and you are shocking

Most of our courses offer live tee time availability, but there are a few exceptions where a course requires manual confirmation. In these cases, your booking is placed immediately, but the club must approve it before it becomes final.
Since you were only available for a limited window, we completely understand that an alternative date wasn’t possible, and your booking was therefore cancelled.
Your refund is already being processed, and it should be back to you shortly.

Scam
We learned at the golf course that they do not allow online booking of their golf course and don't work with greenfee365. So it looks like Greenfee365 just collects bookings and ads around 15% of commission to the bookings and then does the booking for you. I wrote them 5 days before the booked tee time and never heard of them. No phone number, no contact possibilities. Completely avoid booking Tee Times with them!

I booked a tee time for two players and miraculously i was charged for a 1 player tee time an hour earlier as well as the two player so in my eyes they stole over 100 eurs off me

When it comes to cancellations or last-minute changes, each golf course has its own cancellation policy, and for short-notice situations (under 24 hours), all modifications must go through the golf club directly. We follow the course’s rules strictly, as clearly stated on our website.

Simple and easy to use with all courses…
Simple and easy to use with all courses around Vilamoura. However Ombria was a big problem; the system stated that I had buggy included in the price but this did not apply if I had a caddy. My caddy was permitted to walk the course on all bookings, including Vale do Lobo, but not here. I had to pay a further €55 euros for my non playing caddy so that we had a separate buggy. They were very aggressive about this and not prepared to do any sort of deal on the buggy hire cost.

Buggy and caddy rules vary significantly between golf courses, and some courses apply different conditions depending on whether a player brings a caddy. Although our system displays the information provided by each course, the final decision and on-site regulations are always determined by the club itself.
In this case, Ombria applied their local policy that requires an additional buggy fee when a caddy is walking. Unfortunately, these course-specific rules can differ from other clubs in the region, and must be followed on the day of play.
We understand the frustration this caused and will share your feedback with the course to help improve clarity moving forward.
