But that is not the worst part, GREENFEE365 does not honor refunds and they have no customer service whatsoever. Thought I’d booked a tee at a known…
Thought I’d booked a tee at a known course in Troon ! Since the £54 had left my bank account I thought “ great all booked !” Eh no , called the golf course around five times over three days ! Nothing booked. I got my money back but couldn’t get a tee time as all had gone. No explanation or apology ? GREENFEE 360 more like…. Had me going round in circles. POOR.

you took double the money that it actualy cost to play there ! you took money before you know if the t time is available then you come back with a time that does not suit me !! how can you place yourself on a golfclub's website if you have no arangement with them! When you book through Greenfee365, the amount is reserved to allow us to request and confirm the tee time directly with the golf course. The payment is not completed unless the tee time is confirmed. If the suggested alternative time does not suit you, the reservation is cancelled and no charge is taken.
Regarding pricing, all green fees shown include the rate provided by the golf course at the time of booking. We do not charge “double” amounts, nor do we process payments without a confirmed booking.
We work with golf courses worldwide, and in some cases the clubhouse may not immediately recognise third-party booking platforms. However, all confirmations are handled directly with the course.

Tried to reset my password and found it very frustrating. I’ve managed to book a tee time despite being told I had to reset my password, repeatedly. Still don’t know what my password is. I have managed to book a tee time(I hope). Otherwise a great tee booking app.

Good course and easy to book but like…
Good course and easy to book but like many things it's when things go wrong you see the difference between a good company and a poor
No buggies were allowed , that's okay this happens , the course we're refunding groups but our refund has to come via the agent ...greenfee365 where informed via the clubhouse and I have also reminded them ..still nothing , so they requested I do this review

El Plantio golfcourse naar Alicante…the good and the bad
The golfcourse was Nice and the greens fast.
I had a great time playing here.
If I could mention one point of dissapointment; the practice balls on the drivingrange were in a really poor condition. You can not sell that on such a golfcourse. I have never seen such bad practice balls. The owner should invest in this for a better start before a round of golf.
