I reached out via email with regard to an upcoming shipment. Now, I am truly assuming that Sweetzhel at Customer Service at Gratsi is a person, not AI, however, the response time was incredible and tailored to my request and needs. This Customer service representative should be commended for their helpfulness, response time, understanding of the situation and overall pleasant experience. I have become a happy Gratsi customer and happier based on this interaction.

Joymela responded not only extremely quickly, but LOGICALLY. She saw my order was missing glassware. She offered to send it to me now, rather than making me wait for next shipment, at no cost. She realized that the order confirms state an adult over 21 must sign, but already let me know that no signature will be needed before I had to ask. (It's glassware! Not wine!) So far, I am super pleased with everything about Gratsi.

I ordered the trial pack to check it out and after the purchase I opted to get the box of wine as well. When my order arrived, I only received the trial pack thinking the box would show up soon. After a few days, I reached out to the company and they found the error and in a couple days the box was sent out. I’m LOVING all the wines and especially being able to have a glass of wine with dinner without worrying about the bottle going bad. Love the boxed wine!

I had an issue with being charged a small fee for having the delivery forwarded to my local UPS store because I didn't know if I would be home to sign for the order. I contacted them and received a response within 24 hours. They refunded the money without question and were very kind about it.

I received a quick response to my concern followed by solutions I could consider to resolve the delivery issue. Everything was handled quickly and professionally. While at first I was concerned the process was very convoluted and inconvenient, the solution was quickly resolved by Gratsi and I look forward to receiving my first order!

The white and rose are delicious
The white and rose are delicious. The red is very flat. I would never buy it again.
I have to drink an entire box to get a buzz the “sugar free” promotion lay’s completely misleading when I have to drink three times as much to feel questionably as calm and pleasant. Won’t buy it again. Not worth it. One bottle of normal wine gives me way more than I need. I can have two glasses at 100 calories or an entire box at 300 calories or more and feel way better with the former

Delivered faster than expected
Delivered faster than expected, had it delivered to an UPS store down the road so it was easy to pick up, love the taste of the Red Merlot. Plan on ordering one for my next door neighbor who's helped us out quite a bit.
