We’ve been ordering from Gratsi for about six months or so and I tell you honestly, it is so much better than barefoot wine or any other box wine that we have ever purchased from retailers. It taste like real wine! That might sound weird, but a lot of wine out there, taste like sugar and salt and sulfate and give headaches. Gratsi wine doesn’t give you any type of ill feelings while drinking or afterwards. It truly is a great wine, especially for the price of the subscription. And not to mention all the free gifts that you get! Come on man you’re making it too easy lol! Truly Recommend It!

Super frustrated at my last two orders being quite delayed BUT I have not yet switched to Medly ONLY because Joymela and customer support has been superb in acknowledging the problem( which is most important- making customer feel heard) and solutions. Excellent customer support.

I originally contacted Customer Service that they had my wrong street number my street correct address is 216 Eastwood Avenue Customer Service rep assured me that the old number the wrong number that they put down 222 would be removed and I would be delivered my wine to the correct address alas it did not happen and it got sent to my next-door neighbor. I was not a happy camper.
