Scammers and frauds, do not go with them or you will end up on the street. Who ever is the owner does not have any shame. they should be dropped out of advertising. I strongly urge this.

Three words to describe them- FRAUD, FRAUD, FRAUD

They are fauds and they are not ashamed. I was contacted by customer service after my last review and email to them. They came back and said we shall see what we can do just to stop me from putting other reviews. I had serveral of my family and friends had similar experience and we will let people know that this company is fraud and big scammers. "Trustpilot", let see if you can get them to get their act straight or get them out from advertising!!!

I booked with Gosplity march 2024 and paid for it in full, they cancelled my booking three months after we booked it with them,few days before the holiday and they put us in very bad situation as we are just about to go for the holiday so we had to look for an alternative hotel but the price was doubled and we had no choice but to pay the high price.
Stay away from this company.

Complete bait and switch scam. Pathetic. Rates are advertised online but when you contact them, the advertised rate mysteriously disappears and you are offered a higher price. They cite "technical issues" for not honoring their price. How are they allowed to stay in business and prey on consumers?

Turned up at hotel to be told it was cancelled and then rebooked into a lower grade room.

I have been charged £264 for a room the hotel says was £209. No refund in site.

Would never use again.

I will NEVER use this company again. The hotel offered a 33% refund for the mold/mildew issue and the company refuses to refund me a portion of the price. Instead, I finally received this message back: email. I want to remind you the company spoke to the hotel on the day of check in and it’s already in the notes. What the what? Will double check but still not guaranteed? This company is full of it and will never get my business ever again.

Liar, Liar, Liar!!! Do Not Book any reservations with Go Splitty or Traveluro ! They give you a confirmation number and wait until the day before you arrival and cancel your Reversations. Luckly I read all the negative reviews and called the day before. Now I have to have my credit card company go after them. I'm sending a lettiers to the Better Business Bureau

Per other reviewer - DO NOT BOOK, especially if you want an itemized bill for expense purposes. I have spent hour+, 1 week, and multiple emails with this FRAUD of a company. They ARE hiding fees and taxes and that is why they will not give you an official documentation. Reported and escalated!

The advertised price IS THE REAL PRICE, as opposed to Priceline, Trivago, or booking.com!!!!

BEWARE of "Taxes". I expected that to be actually taxes. Like hotel tax. But it is not. It is GoSplitty's FEE. So I was charged another set of Taxes upon checking out of the hotel which is actual taxes levied by each city, etc.

I have to say I booked as the hotel I stayed at in Marrakesh The Adam Park hotel 5* I had stayed there several years ago and it was fantastic so when I saw it for nearly half the price of other sites I booked it. Then I saw the reviews and thought oh my god, I was petrified but I have to say the negative comments come from those that need to make changes to there booking. When they specify no refunds. So I would say if you can confirm your date you will be fine. I would definitely use them again as I saved so much using them . And I got my hotel voucher within 24hours confirmed.

I booked a room for a trip to Miami this weekend using go splitty… THEN I read the reviews and was terrified lol. I quickly called the hotel to see if they had my reservation and they didn’t yet. So I called the next mornings and they still didn’t have it. After another panic I called the customer support number for go splitty. I was bummed when I realized they outsource their customer service overseas I was sure I was not going to get the help I needed. The person I talked to understood exactly what was going on and sent to escalation team. I got a call back 20 mins later and the escalation team said they’d call the hotel for me and get me a confirmation number. They did just that.

I just checked in to a beautiful hotel that would have been a LOT more had I not used these guys. I don’t really leave reviews but just figured somwone should know that, tho maybe not a perfect process, they kept to their word and the outcome is perfect for me

Everyone that works in this so called company, located God knows where, need to be incarcerated. They are scammers. If I could rate them 0, I would. I was recently in a hotel and made extention to my stay and used these blooming criminals. The hotel manager never received reservation but I was emailed this fake receipt in which the hotel would not honor. Customer service is a joke. I've called for a month. Usually the phone disconnects itself. Finally, I spoke to human criminal and they always say "we will send email and your refund within 24 to 48 hours. They are criminals and liars. DO NOT USE GOSPLITTY. On the day I spoke with hotel manager, he showed proof that he had received no reservation from gosplitty for me, so he notified the authorities as if I was just taking a room. DO NOT USE THESE CRIMINALS. I DID NOT RECEIVE A REFUND!

This just happened. I booked a room at the Hilton and used go spitty.. I got an email confirmation I checked my CC and it was charged. Today I got a confirmation. However, I called the Hilton to ask for a different bed size, but they couldn't find my reservation. I call go spitty, the woman took all my info and said hold on and then hung up. I called back, the message said to hold and then hung up (6 times).
I'll call my bank in the morning...

They canceled my 6 day hotel reservation the night before we were to fly out! Spent 4 hours scrambling trying to find another hotel in area. AWFUL! Who does this to people. The night before??? I could just about cry. The stress. Boston area is a busy place and we went almost an hour out before we found another hotel. THEN...we have to stay in two different hotels. I'm stunned. NEVER TRUST THIS SPITTY !!! Can I give a zero rating ? Can I give a below zero rating?

I booked a hotel yesterday and never got a confirmation email. I looked up my booking number on gospitty and it said trip not found.
And they want a tip!!! Before they've even done anything!!!
Just back from our trip, we did have a room and it was paid in full! I wish I had known I didn't need to worry all month.

It was terrible. All tax and fees are for gosplitty $28 for room $58 tax and fees that's what I was charged by go splitty and the hotel forced me to pay $58 tax and fees or they were not going to give me my booking so be prepared to get tax and fee from gospittys tax and fee and hotel also or loose your money with gospitty and then go sleep in your car or street

Don't book via gosplitty.
It is scam.
Total scam.
After you get a confirmation letter,right before your booking day they cancel it and your money is gone.
