Do your due diligence with this Company. It appears the hotel rates displayed are the very base, be prepared to get hit with additional hidden fees.
Aftercare is non existent and like most of these types of Apps, there is no recourse channel.

Don't work with them, don't trust, don't choose, just a scam. Hotel Holiday In & Website booking GoSplitty. We booked the Holiday In Denver hotel through Gosplitty. When we arrived to check in, it took a lot of time for parking... running in many circles because there were no clear instructions. When parking was complete, we learned that they charge $15 per day ($45/3 days). ). When we contacted the hotel the second time, parking was charged. then they said yup. Then we thought outside the parking garage the price would be cheaper. We moved the car outside again. oh the price is the same. We remember that before booking a hotel through the Gosplitty website, it said free parking. and we saw free parking on the website, we once went in to see the receptionist. He laughed and said oh that news is a long time ago and is no longer free. he answered easily... and I was very angry at the hotel's irresponsible way. We read a review not too long ago where someone commented about not having free parking....this is a scam. But they checked in calmly and were too tired from the long trip, so they checked in angrily. We would think we would have to go down because we were tired... But no. The room smelled of dog fur, the smell of dog echoed throughout the room, there was a lot of architecture on the floor, something black jumped on my feet, I lost my breath, all over my body, sleeping... . terrible...... terrible.... we were ready to be red all over.... we took pictures of the architecture crawling all over the bedroom. At 2 o'clock at night we had to find and call everywhere... Holiday Inn hotel... Gosplitty.... to cancel the room for the remaining 2 days. Just try to come back tonight.
Gosplitty said he would return the money after working with Holiday Inn if we checked out on the 11th. As for Holiday Inn, they said they agreed to return Gosplitty's money... we spent a day looking for another room, even though the price for a hospital room was 1 times the price, but we needed to rest in peace. Then we sent pictures of the hotel, architecture... and Gosplitty was silent, we continued to send mail and they said we were waiting for them to work with the hotel.wait. Waiting.... nearly 2 weeks of giving up. We send them letters. Then today they replied that they cannot refund the money because the Holiday Inn hotel does not refund money. just lies and fraud. Please don't trust them, don't book, don't work with them.

I should of listened to the reviews, I called because I booked a reservation for an all inclusive (only ) hotel and my booking isn’t saying all inclusive so I went back and looked again and you have to pay more for all inclusive (only like $200 more, but why would I book this hotel for such a high price without all inclusive?) anyways I called and the lady on the phone asked me a million questions and then said she can’t answer my question and someone will call me back in a few days, I’m like what,? I’m just calling to ask if it’s all inclusive or not, and if not then I want to upgrade to all inclusive. You would think a cheap website would have good customer service and give a good experience so in the future they can charge more and be a very successful and reputable company but that is not the case with them. I regret making my booking through them and hopefully can get this figured out as this is a honey moon trip.

I found a "too nice to be true" price for a Hotel.
I gave me contact and credit card details.
The payment failed few times and the accommodation was no longer available.
Luckly, I create a virtual card on Revolut only for this purpose as I have never ever heard about this company.
Today, 24th Jul 2024, I received a notification from Revolut that there was, not only one but two declined transactions.
I have reviewed the history and turns out that there were another 2 attempts back in Jul 6th and did missed. I have low balance on this account for security purposes.
The credit card details were only used on this website and they store them and to make purchases!!!
I've read few reviews where people had no issues and were satisfied. However, be careful! Do not use a physical credit card. Use a virtual card instead.
They may give the service you are buying but THEY STEAL YOUR BANK ACCOUNT DETAILS AND TRY TO USE THEM!!!
I never used again this card!!! This is how I have proven, they tried to use my card!!!!

9:33 AM. Attempt of transaction failed due to wrong chip and pin.

Today 24 Jul:

Veterans Beware!!!
My family and I moved from Colorado to North Carolina a couple of months ago. We (family of 5) have been hotel hopping this entire time. Looking for work hasn't been the easiest but had a really good interview on July 18. My wife, my son, and I are military veterans and have been getting by on our disability from the VA. After my job interview, there was misunderstandings on my part about our stay in the hotel. While scrambling against the clock, trying to find a new hotel and checkout as fast as we could, I booked 2 hotel rooms through "Go Splitty". The cost $502.00. It was the last of our money. We get to the hotel and the front desk said there was a $100.00 deposit on each room, $200 total. We didn't have it. I called Go Splitty to explain the situation and asked for a refund. There was no where when making the reservation that there was an additional deposit required upon checking in. After several rounds with customer service, I receive an email stating,
"Thank you for reaching out to GoSplitty,
Regarding your cancellation and refund request. Regrettably, we are unable to process your request due to our system's policy, which prohibits any cancellations or modifications once a booking has been made. Your reservation was specifically booked under a non-refundable and non-amendable policy.
Please be assured that your reservation remains confirmed as originally booked, and no changes have been applied.
We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. While we understand this may not be the desired outcome, please understand that this policy is beyond our control, and we are obligated to adhere to it."
Thank you Go Splitty. No where was there a box to check clearly stating that the booking was non-refundable. If so, I would not have made the reservation. You kicked 3 veterans out into the streets because of this policy. I looked at the booking again, the font is not the type that catches the eye, it's thin, pencil-like.
I hope this helps someone. This has been the worst experience with hotel booking I have ever had.
Very disappointed, terrible customer service
I booked a stay with go splitty and realized the next day that my child would be going back to school during the time that I booked the stay and would not be able to go. I called customer support the next day and they said that the cancellation was nonrefundable. I told them that I understood that it was non refundable but if there was anyway that they could help it would be appreciated. It had been less than 24 hrs before I called them back. Customer support gave me the run around and never refunded me anything. Even a partial refund would have been better than none. I realize I made an error in booking but, I feel that it is too easy for these companies to take advantage of the consumer just to keep the consumer’s money. Like I said, it’s not like I waited a couple of days or even a week. I called the next day and had booked a month in advance. They had more than enough time to book that room with someone else. Long are the days of good customer service. I will never use this Go Splitty again.
Scam -no reimbursement policy
I booked 2 rooms with them, I told them they had made a mistake in my first name, instead of changing my name they made a 3rd reservation booking that I was never able to cancel and to get reimbursement for.
Prices were supposed to be in canadian dollars but were billed in american dollars.
GO SPLITTY EXPERIENCE 👎
We recently booked a stay at Be Tulum through GO SPLITTY. Our hotel had to cancel our reservation because they closed during a recent hurricane. Go SPLITTY has been impossible to work with to reschedule. They neglected to communicate and when they finally did after many repeated attempts to contact them they wanted thousand of dollars in addition to what we’ve already paid to rescheduld and will not refund. We’ve recently reported fraud.

When I reached out to resolve the issue, I was met with their inflexible policy, which conveniently states that no refunds or changes are allowed.
This company's behavior is beyond frustrating. Their lack of accountability and refusal to correct their mistakes is unacceptable. Despite my numerous attempts to get the issue rectified, I was repeatedly stonewalled by their customer service. It's clear that they have no regard for their customers' satisfaction or for providing accurate and honest service.
I cannot stress enough how dishonest and unreliable gosplitty.com is. They lure customers in with seemingly good deals, only to trap them with incorrect bookings and a no-refund policy. This is a blatant scam, and it's infuriating that they continue to get away with such practices.
Giving them one star is far too generous. They deserve to be shut down for their unethical business practices. I booked hotel through gosplitty in Ibiza for 2 nights 5 stars hotel. The reason i booked through them because they had junior suit. I got a confirmation from them twice that the room is confirmed by the hotel. When I arrived to the hotel, nothing was booked under my name and the hotel was fully booked and all near by luxury hotels were not available.It never happened to me before. i was shocked . DO NOT BOOK THROUGH THEM... IT IS A SCAM

Total scam, their customer service hung up on me and I have no choice but to issue a charge back on my card. Seriously, do not give these guys a cent, it's not worth it.

Made a motel booking via internet and received confirmation. When I requested a cancellation the next day, I was informed that no refund on cancellation.
Funny, but the only notice that the booking was non refundable was on the actual booking confirmation.
