Took our money for hotel stay and didn’t confirm until the day after our requested stay . Had to go elsewhere after checking reservations at hotel advised no booking .
Now in dispute to get our money back .

Terrible organization. Zero customer service. Booked a room with double beds which was stated on the confirmation they provided. Showed up at hotel and hotel states that Gosplitty booked a one bed room and that they are fully booked so we could not change rooms. Contacted them several times to try to address as hotel agreed to cancel our reservation, if approved by Gosplitty, since they could not accommodate our reservation for a room with double beds. Gosplitty never returned my call as promised by 3 different customer service reps. Got stuck with the one bed for entire 4 day trip. Also had to pay additional hotel and service fees daily above and beyond what Gosplitty charged. Shady business practices.

This company has terrible customer service they gave us a hotel that turns out to have mold and when we requested a refund we are getting the run around.

Hände weg. Wir haben für 3 Tage zwei Hotelzimmer in Atlanta gebucht. Als wir nach einem 12 Stunden Flug dort ankamen war keine Buchung vorhanden. Drei Stunden hat mein Mann versucht mit Gosplitty und dem Hotel das Problem zu klären. Irgendwann schien das Hotel eine Buchung zu bekommen. Am letzten Tag kam eine große Nachzahlung, der wir erneut nachgehen mussten und schließlich nicht zahlen mussten. Jetzt, bei der Kontrolle unserer Abbuchungen, mussten wir feststellen, dass der doppelte Preis für das Hotel abgebucht wurde - von Gosplitty bei der Buchung und vom Hotel selbst. Nun müssen wir ein drittes Mal versuchen unser Geld zu bekommen.

They lied to me about being able to cancel up until a certain date and greatly misled me about the location of the hotel. When I looked to see where it was, I went to cancel and found out I was unable to. Their customer service is team is useless. Don't make the same mistake myself and so many others have and use a reputable website.

El día de mañana tengo la reservación, pero en el hotel los nombres los pusieron mal escritos, a lo cual en el hotel no me darán acceso ya que no coincide con la identificación. Ya mande correo pero no me han hecho la corrección estoy preocupado porque ya mañana es el día. Espero y si lo corrijan a tiempo.

This site was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever experienced in years and customer service suck …. I was literally homeless and the Oyo hotel in Jackson was booked and they took my money and GoSplitty had no way of contacting this hotel and I lost out on $50… I don’t recommend this service to anyone … scammers

Never use gosplitty the lie the stole my money and gave me nothing i was booking a trip and they stole money from me

What a scam!! The website attracts customers by low prices but doesnt mention additional taxes and fees. But this is not all. My reservation was cancelled by gosplitty, however, “customer service” told me that it’s my fault due to late arrival. It is also sounds like they operate from some kind of basement or apartment.

No one ever followed up with me after me contacting them via email and phone for months. Then, hey denied my request for a refund through my credit card. They a terrible company that hires liars for employees. Instead of helping me during a time or a international tech outage, you protected your bottom line. They should be ashamed of yourselves.

No he podido confirmar mis reservas, marco al hotel y me dicen que no hay reservas que me deben proporcionar la clave interna del hotel de confirmación, marco y dice que servicio no disponible, he mandado muchos correos y nada, ya falta muy poco para mi viaje y estoy preocupada porque no me han confirmado.

Would have be 0 stars but that isn’t available. SCAM artists, avoid like the plague if you actually want your booking to be paid for when you turn up at your hotel. Impossible to get hold of…avoid….Avoid….AVOID

Horrible service do not trust. I booked then turned up at hotel in Dubai - gosplitty completely changed my booking at staybridge suites Dubai, completely ruined my booking vacation, had to call American Express for help. Do not trust this company. Sent 5 emails no response from them in 4 days, customer service is email based and they don’t reply. Don’t book ! Use a well known brand.

When i called in for a room, they texted me a pic of a room, I asked for an upgrade, they sent me a pic of another room i accepted, they increased the price and when i got to the hotel it was the first room. They refused to do anything at all for me. They are frauds, liars, and they took my money and ran.

I made my hotel reservation with GoSplitty months in advance for a vacation at Treasure Island in FL. When we got to the hotel, they told us they were closed for renovations. Not only didn’t I receive any notification from GoSplitty, but the hotel gave me a number that I called for hours that was busy. We stood in the 100 degree weather for hours calling until we found a hotel near by that charged us close to $800. For 2 nights. The original reservation was for around $300. We then had to walk to our hotel with all of our luggage. Trying to get a refund took about a month. It ruined our vacation! I would never recommend GoSplitty!

I booked and paid for a hotel room through Gosplitty in July of 2024 online. After my stay I noticed my credit card was also charged directly by the hotel. When I inquired with the hotel, the manager claimed that Gosplitty did not pay them for my stay. Its now September and I still don’t have a refund from the hotel after contacting Gosplitty several times and emailed them a receipt from the hotel. The worse part about it is I paid Gosplitty $30.00 more than the hotel charged me directly. I highly recommend you don’t use them for booking anything.

What made my review so highly rated is that KEYRR called and handled my request fast and swiftly. Thanks for having her on your team!

Here is why, did you know most hotel chains will meet most discount prices. Screen shot and save.
Second, in our experience GOSPLITTY IS A CRIMINAL ORGANIZATION. They are known to double book. Your stay when discovery is made they refuse to refund the account, they also will overcharge your rooms,

We lost substantially and only wish for you to not experience our losses.

This ppl are SCAMMERS. The agent booked me the wrong date and is refusing to correct it or issue a refund. I asked to extend my stay from a prior reservation who I thought was the same company (they sent a text asking about my stay and I called the number listed to extend) come to find out it redirected to this low class “business”. If I book a stay on Aug 30-31st and ask to extend my night, why would a “travel agent” book me a stay one day out of my original booking and have my reservation for Sept. 1st-2nd.Expecting me to leave the hotel, then come back? It does not make sense. They have been so rude and NASTY to me when I was not the one who caused the issue. I’m so so so disappointed that these are the businesses we are keeping afloat. We spend our hard earned money to be Scam and treated like crap. USE YOUR MONEY ELSEWHERE YOU DESERVE BETTER.
