The experience was great because of the pleasantness and knowledge of Keyoanna. I had many questions and she had the answers. Also, your stressless benefit program appears well thought out. Hopefully we won't need it. Competitive pricing and coverages were also a factor.

Representative promptly emailed the necessary paperwork to file for an accident that I had in Slovenia. She was polite and understanding of my claim. I'll give 5 stars for now and revise review if the claim process doesn't go as smoothly as it should for my fall down accident.

Minor change to policy
I needed to make a minor change to my policy and called Aegis. The call was answered right away, no waiting. Claire was super nice and helpful and took care of my request quickly. I received an email within minutes reflecting my change. Very happy with the service.

Easy, stress-free travel insurance
This is the second time I am using this company for travel insurance. Today, my interaction with the agent, Kiana, was excellent. She was helpful in explaining my options and getting my insurance coverage. In addition, she was very knowledgeable as well as friendly. I will continue to use them for future travel insurance needs.
