The customer service person that I spoke with was very understanding and took her time to confirm that she was relaying accurate information to me! It took us a little bit to get through options, but she was very thorough !

Fast and Professional Customer Service
I needed to modify the start date of my policy to reflect the date of our departure flight instead of our cruise embark date - a change of one day. I simply called their customer service number, and the change was promptly made to my policy for receiving an immediate e-mail confirmation. Thanks!

Pretty good customer service
Reason for call was addressed quickly & information was provided via email. Rep. Was nice but call was a little difficult to hear, rep sounded distant & a little muffled.

Our initial trip insurance was purchased for an adventure to Nepal. Given the tragic natural disasters that occurred there recently we needed to cancel that trip insurance and purchase new insurance for 2 new trips. Needless to say Kiana was knowledgeable and efficient and executed all 3 transactions smoothly

I had a question about a policy i just purchased for an upcoming cruise. The agent i spoke with was outstanding with great knowledge about my issue and resolved it in record time. Every time i speak with Aegis I am reminded of why I return to them for my travel insurance needs. I dont even search the web anymore because I have found that I cant beat them.
