Great service

Delay, delay, delay. That is their modus operandi.
I submitted a claim almost 2 months ago. Three weeks later I got a request for an additional (and largely superfluous) document. It took 4 weeks and multiple phone calls to finally hear back that the claim was approved. And a week later, I still have not been paid or received any further communication about payment. It shouldn't be this hard (or take this long) to process a very simple claim (expenses for 2 hotels).
