Not even if they paid me...
We signed up when we bought a camper and hoped we would never have to use it. Well a few weeks ago we were driving north through Alabama when the low coolant light sprung to life on our dashboard. We quickly found an exit just north of Warrior, Alabama to assess the situation. Turns out our radiator split down the drivers side and was not going to make it any further down the road.
We called Good Sam, somehow they needed every piece of information we had already given them (height/length/weight/color/width/etc of the trailer) and they said the closest tow truck would be about an hour to two hours, with no other options we agreed and got ready for a wait. After two hours my wife managed to hitch a ride to a nearby auto parts store, while she was gone I started removing the old radiator. Well, when we finished we called Good Sam back to see if we could cancel the tow as we had already repaired the vehicle, when the operator told my wife that they had never dispatched the tow truck I thought I was going to have to throw her in a lake to cool her off.
We will never, ever, even consider going with this company again and I will tell this story anytime someone asks about them or I hear a sales manager try to sell someone on it.

I signed up for the roadside assistance…
I signed up for the roadside assistance in October of last year. Right now I am sitting in my car with a dead battery and I called for roadside assistance. I was told my policy was red flagged and cancelled. I am severely upset about the situation. I now have to pay out of my own pocket for another company to come give me a jump start which will cost about 100 bucks. I would never use this service as they don't help you when you are stranded. Thanks a lot A holes.
