The agent Mark Lake was honest and truth full in his explanation of policies offered.

Chris King was amazing. He listened, took time to explain everything. He made sure the insurance matched exactly what I needed. HIGHLY recommend.

I was offered a payout months ago before getting the repair done at a local shop and paying out of pocket myself. Now after over a week of back and forth and sending my receipt for the work, I need to go back to the shop and ask for a detailed itemized list. Not a customer experience.

Chris was very personable and made the experience a little more enjoyable (if possible when shopping for insurance). He was knowledgeable and explained the differences in coverages in layman's terms. Additionally Chris was able to get us a better discount than going through Progressive directly.

Dwight has made insurance an easy process finally! I have now gotten two policies from him and i refuse to work with anyone else. He is always available and ready to troubleshoot or answer any questions i have at any time. He is extremely knowledgeable and professional and makes your problems and concerns his own. I wish there was more i could do than just leave a review because he actually cares about customer service and doesn’t disappear as soon as you sign a policy and pay. I hope the higher ups recognize his hard work and customer retention. Dwight has a customer for life with me! Thank you

The main reason it was not 5 stars was the pressure to buy immediately or risk the rate changing. If the rates are truly competitive, that kind of high-pressure tactic should not be necessary. That said, the rest of the experience was very positive. The representative was knowledgeable, friendly, and professional throughout the process. He made everything easy to understand and helped us secure strong coverage at a good price.
