I had a small issue with my order of ACV gummies. The bottles did not have the correct amount of gummies inside as advertised. I reached out to Customer Care via email and was contacted almost immediately with sincere apologies and a brief description of how the process works and how this possibly could've happened. I was also sent a complimentary bottle of ACV gummies!. The next day I was contacted again by 2 other members of the Customer Care team to make sure my issue had been resolved and that I was satisfied. From a customer's standpoint, we just want to be heard and to feel appreciated and the Goli Customer Care team did absolutely that!. Thank you ❤️

I recently ordered some Goli products, and when they arrived, I was missing an item. So I sent them an email telling them about my issue, and within the hour I got a response, confirmed the issue, and they issued a replacement... all within the same day! Now if that's not customer service, then I don't know what is. Amazing company

I started with the 3 in 1 probiotic gummy. I have been diagnosed with IBS since I was 13. I have been playing the “what if” game since then. I have been taking the 3 in 1 probiotic gummy for 1 week so far and have noticed a tremendous improvement. I am no longer bloated or bloating simply from drinking water. I have more regular bowel movements, maybe 2-3 time in the morning versus 10+ times throughout the day. A recent experience that made me realize how much this gummy has improved my life just happened Sunday. We went out for lunch and I had seared tuna wontons with wasabi, chocolate lava cake and a few bites of cheese cake. Normally I would not make it 20 minutes. I made a 2 hour boat ride home and made it through the night. Had a small cramp the next morning before I went to the bathroom. I can’t say enough good things about this gummy. I have since bought the apple cider vinegar and ashwaganda gummy to try. Can I promise it will work for you or as well as it did for me? No but it’s worth a try. So glad I gave it a shot.

The taste was great other than a little bit on the sweet side. My plan is to order the sugar free ones and take them consistently to see if there’s any impact so I can give an actual review.

I have purchased Goli Apple Cider Vinegar gummies from many other places in the past, but never again, I will alwys by direct from Goli. The product is so much fresher, not all clumped together, and taste better too!

Was having difficulty ordering some Goli gummies. Texted their Help Desk,and very soon after was given simple instructions & and able to order the products. Very easy. I was not expecting a response til the next day but the answer was within an hour or two after my request. Very nice.

I love your product (since my husband and I don’t eat our greens on a daily basis) and love that I can get 5 bottles at once on a scheduled subscription and not have to worry about out always ordering.
I had an issue about the timing of my subscription and their customer service rep was so friendly and helpful. I didn’t like the fact that they didn’t have a customer service phone number, but the rep replied to my email super quick. She made sure my account and shipping time was correct.
I wish all customer service reps were as friendly, knowledgeable and prompt.
