Initially I recieved an order that was incorrect. I recieved 3 bottles but 2 were the same. I reached out with documentation of the error and they immediately shipped the missing bottle out at no cost. Great.customer servi e and prompt.

Someone stole my artist name and created an entire profile to make money off it through confusion, misleading people and they did nothing to deactivate the account. I'm appalled as they are infringing on my name and this vitamin company did nothing to step in. Additionally, I once bought a bottle of Goli from Sprouts and the gummies did nothing but make my stomach hurt, they were sticky and ineffective so of course I would never endorse something like this.

Goli has always delivered my orders as expected. The one time there was an issue, they were responsive, diligent and resolved the issue speedily. Thank you

I needed to return my Gummies after I realized that they had more sugar than I thought and I can’t really incorporate them into my eating plan. Every time I had a question they responded very very quickly. Everyone was super great responsive and articulate. Very very happy.

At checkout, your gimmick was to present a 6 bottle deal for $55 (which was only about $10.00 more than 3 bottles) which LOOKED LIKE your were asking if I was sure I didnt want to REPLACE the 3 bottle deal for 6 bottles. But you had already secured my 3 bottles oder that I originally wanted and ADDED ANOTHER 6 bottles instead of REPLACING the 3 bottles order I originally was ordering. At that stage of purchase you didn't allow me to delete my 3 bottle order because your gimmick worked in completing my purchase without a final look before charges went in!!!!
Im very happy you immediately messaged me back to correct this,in my opinion, is a deceitful way to trick ppl into making an extra purchase they don't want. I hope your urgent attention will truly credit me the 3 bottle amount as you stated in your response. Thank you!

I ordered goalie and received a six bottle package two months later I got six more bottles. Tried to stop that from shipping, but they sent it anyway then refused a refund of $90. These people are crooks.

I've been using Goli products for about 2yrs and all my orders come usually a little earlier than delivery date that's set. But for some reason my order this time didn't come. So I reached out to the Goli care team and they made it their mission to see what was going in with my order. When they couldn't find it... they did the next best thing and reordered my order I had placed. That's what I,consider great Customer Service. Thank you Goli for being a great company. Goli is a great company. They always produce a consistent product. The customer care team is top notch and very responsive to questions/issues.

I placed an order as a new customer and then thought I was upgrading my order but instead placed a second order. I contacted customer service to cancel one of the orders. They answered in a timely manner and had everything resolved for new within a few hours. I was very happy with my experience!

Hello my experience was great today on this special holiday that I really didn't expect a reply until Monday or something lol but low and behold I received a reply from this lovely lady Grace who was just the absolute best in helping me out today!!
