I had a small issue with delivery. One of the bottles of vitamins was crushed in transit. I sent an email with photos and an new order was placed for me free of charge by James from customer service right away. Issue was handed quickly and the customer service was A+. Issue was resolved immediately. Thank you.

I ordered the 3 pack of NAD, from an ad. Now I’m concerned that this might be an automated subscription, which I don’t want! I didn’t see that when I checked out, but I’ve had that issue before. Just want to make sure if that happened to anyone.

I have been with the Goli family for many years, but I wanted to tell you why! First the product is really great. But that is not the only reason why I continue to stay with the Goli Family. It has to do with their customer service also. Anytime I have ever had a problem with my order, customer service has always been there for me. They are always there to listen and support any problems that I may have. They are so friendly and helpful, and understanding. They truly care about their customers and that is hard to find now days. Im starting my 4th month of taking 9 different types of gummies. Ashwaganda, pre+post+probiotics, immune, apple cider, beets, supergreens, matcha mind, superfruits, and NAD+

I really noticed that after a 3 months some changes were starting to happen but the number of gummies and flavors fluctuated bottle to bottle.

This month I decided to count each bottle. Note each bottle says it has 60 gummies!!

After the inconsistent flavors and numbers per bottle and sometimes the gummies have hard bits inside it makes me wonder if their formula is as inconsistent as everything else per gummy.

Not too happy w goli after today's unboxing...

I addressed a problem that I had with one of my Goli gummies and the Goli team handled it so perfectly and responded within minutes. I am truly impressed and will forever be grateful for what they’ve done to help me.

As someone who works in corporate quality, I was impressed with the response time and quick resolution of the issue I was faced with, congealed gummies inside of a wet bottle. Grace R. was quick to respond with a solution that I was happy with. I just wanted a bottle of gummies that wasn’t wet and stuck together and she processed the replacement before she even responded. Impressive customer service! Thank you!

This company cons you. They billed my account without authorization and have yet to return the money.

I never ordered anything from them. The billing address doesn’t match the delivery address. If they con you on money what does that tell you about their product. Have not tried it and I never will.

On top of this they conned me the same day my mom passed. Despicable

Update. The good, I got my money back. The bad, the company sold my email to s*x sites. My spam is completely full with filthy shit.🖕
And yes I verified who sold my email.

My boxes always show up quickly and the one time I had an issue with an order it was resolved within an hour. Also I have felt way better and been able to keep on my weight loss journey in part to these gummies.
