My first shipment didn't arrive. I notified customer service, they didn't flinch they resent my order and received it. On my second day. I'm going to give it a week or two before discussing efficacy.

I've been very happy with the Goli customer service. They have been very consistent in getting my subscriptions straight and helping me fix anything that wasn't just the way I needed it to be! And I love the products!! I can't even say which one is my favorite. Recently I've tried the sleep ones, I have a hard time getting to sleep and they have definitely helped me and also, it's a more restful sleep. And even more importantly I'm not struggling to wake up in the morning. It's a win/win.
I use several of the products daily. Matcha Mind is a good one, and Red Apple Cider Vinegar is wonderful with keeping my digestion working like it should.

I was having trouble finding my order that was delivered. They were great in sending me another order with no additional charge.
Then i located the lost order and notified them and offered to pay for the extra order. They very politely said not to worry. It was an awesome experience.

I accidentally forgot to enter my discount code when placing my order today. After I had already paid, I contacted customer service, and they responded very quickly. They added the discount code to my order and made sure I received my discount and the bonus connected to it. I was really impressed with how quickly and helpfully they solved the issue. I ordered a package of Goli NAD+ and there was an issue with it. By just contacting customer service online and providing the information that they needed, they were able to replace the bottles. Customer service was EXCEPTIONAL and made me feel like a valued customer. I would definitely feel comfortable ordering from them directly!

I ordered my first shipment through the shop app, and im not sure if I missed the spot to put the apartment number or if it just didnt save it but when my shipment was supposed to arrive it was marked as "undeliverable and return to sender" because they didnt have the apartment number. When I contacted Goli about this they immediately reviewed the order and shipped a new order for free with the proper address probably within an hour or two of me sending the email.
10/10 on patience, understanding, and responding quickly. Probably the best customer service experience ive ever had Im super impressed with their timing and willingness to help. Im super excited to receive my first shipment

Love the Apple Cider Vinegar gummies but the sugar free ones are disgusting!!! Had to throw them away. Nasty taste

This product is completely worthless. I’ve been working out for years and have used various products to help achieve my goals. If anything Goli worked against my goals. Within days of stopping the product I felt better. I would stay clear of any Goli products

Waiting to find out how to return theses vile gummies - so full of Stevia the taste takes forever to go away. Not impressed and want my $ back.
